Title: Senior Regulatory Exams & Audits Manager
Location: Austin, TX / New York, NY
A publicly listed, mission-driven fintech serving tens of millions of customers across 70+ countries is looking for a compliance leader to own their U.S. regulatory exam program.
This isn't a back-office compliance role. You'll be the face of the regulatory infrastructure, managing end-to-end examinations with federal and state regulators and keeping critical bank partner relationships airtight.
What you'll own: → Leading regulatory examinations from first request to final response → Managing bank partner compliance audits and translating a cutting-edge AML tech stack for traditional auditors → Advising Product & Engineering as a 2LoD strategic partner, building compliance in from day one
You bring:
Deep experience managing regulatory exams and audits (CFPB, OCC, NYDFS experience a strong plus)
Financial crimes & consumer compliance expertise (MSBs, Reg E, UDAAP) The ability to hold the room with regulators and engineers
