Assistant Brewer (Part-Time with Path to Full-Time)

Founded in 1996, Titletown Brewing Company of Green Bay, Wisconsin has a rich history of making quality craft beer. We are a quality-focused 30bbl brewhouse producing approximately 3,000 annual barrels across draft and package distribution. Our program emphasizes a variety of beer styles with a focus on innovation, consistency and technical precision. We are seeking a motivated Assistant Brewer who wants to grow into a long-term production role.
This is a hands-on production position with a pathway to full-time employment based on performance, production growth, and demonstrated technical competency.
Position Summary
The Assistant Brewer supports all aspects of daily production operations including wort production, cellar work, packaging, sanitation, and quality control. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
The right candidate is looking to build a brewing career — not just clock hours.
Core Responsibilities
Brewhouse
- Milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, knockout, and CIP
- Hop handling and accurate raw material staging
- Brewhouse cleaning and chemical handling
- Accurate recordkeeping in brewing logs and production software
Cellar
- CIP of tanks
- Yeast harvesting, brink management, and pitching
- Dry hopping and specialty ingredient additions
- Gravity and DO readings
- Filtering and beer transfers
Packaging
- Keg cleaning and filling
- Canning line operation and changeovers
- Dissolved oxygen monitoring
- Case stacking and palletizing
General Production
- Maintain a clean and organized production space
- Follow SOPs and safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management
- Support preventative maintenance activities
Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ year professional brewing or production beverage experience (or formal brewing education with relevant cellar/packaging time)
- Working knowledge of CIP systems and chemical safety
- Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly
- Ability to work in wet, hot, and cold environments
Preferred:
- Experience on [specific brewhouse manufacturer]
- Packaging line operation experience
- Familiarity with DO mitigation practices
- Mechanical aptitude
- Forklift experience

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Market Lead, Sourcing & Procurement to join our team in Coppell. In this role, you will translate Brink’s global procurement strategy into market-level execution, drive supplier performance, manage multiple Market Unit Leads, and deliver savings, compliance, and capability development across your assigned region. As part of the Global Sourcing & Procurement Leadership Team, you will partner closely with regional and market business leaders to align procurement activities with corporate strategy and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives
- Develop and execute procurement strategies at the market level across multiple Market Units.
- Translate global category strategies into actionable regional plans and ensure alignment with functional/corporate objectives.
- Drive supplier strategy, category adoption, and competitive intelligence for the region.
- Own delivery of savings, risk mitigation, and value creation targets across the market.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the single point of contact between procurement and market leadership.
- Partner with Category Leaders, Market Presidents, Market CFOs, HR, Legal, Operations, and Strategic Suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers to accelerate adoption of procurement strategies.

- Support procurement transformation activities, including systems adoption (e.g., Coupa), supplier consolidation, and governance enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12–15+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain within regional or global environments.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-category spend with budgets of $200M–$250M+.
- Proven track record delivering ≥5% annual savings across diversified categories.
- Strong experience partnering with senior leadership, including Market Presidents, CFOs, and functional leaders.
- Strategic leadership experience managing teams across markets; prior experience leading Market Unit Leads strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of supplier risk, contract negotiation, inventory programs, and category management.
- Experience with procurement platforms (Coupa preferred).
- High learning agility, strong business and financial acumen, and the ability to influence across cultures and geographies.

Job Summary
• Provides independent oversight, investigation, and assurance to protect the company's two most vulnerable assets: inventory and cash. Serves as the control, audit, and investigative arm of the Inventory Integrity & Stock Protection model. Identifies, investigates, and resolves inventory and cash losses, validates control execution, manages armored carrier services and ensures corrective actions are implemented and sustained. Partners closely with Finance, Field Operations, and Sales Audit, while maintaining objectivity and independence in risk assessment, investigation, and escalation.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Asset Protection, Internal Audit, Investigations, Inventory Control, or related field.
• Experience in multi-unit retail, distribution, or corporate operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, POS systems, and cash handling procedures.
• Demonstrated investigative skills and experience conducting interviews and evidence reviews.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and assess operational risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead investigations into inventory shrink, internal theft, fraud, cash discrepancies, and policy violations.
• Conduct interviews, analyze transaction data, review CCTV footage, and compile investigative findings.
• Plan, execute, and manage audits focused on inventory integrity and cash controls across retail locations,
including Risk Assessments.
• Evaluate compliance with company SOPs, cash handling procedures, and inventory processes.
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risk and financial exposure.
• Monitor remediation efforts and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Analyze inventory variance reports, cycle count results, and shrink trends to determine root causes.
• Manage Armored Carrier Services (Smartsafe, Brinks, Loomis) at the Field and Central Operations level.
• Assess receiving, transfer, returns, and adjustment processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Review cash handling procedures, deposits, refunds, and POS transactions for irregularities.
• Investigate suspicious transactions, refund abuse, and potential fraud indicators.
• Develop and deliver training to store leadership on inventory and cash control best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes and strengthen controls.
