Position Summary
This is telework position with up to 50-75% travel in designated region of Illinois. Standard working hours can be anywhere within 8am - 9pm as needed to meet business needs. This Care Manager BH role requires working until 9pm for two (2) days a week. Care Manager BH coordinates all case management activities with members to evaluate medical needs and to facilitate the overall wellness of members. Develops strategy to address issues to outcomes and opportunities to enhance member's overall wellness through integration. Instructs programs and procedures in compliance with network management and clinical coverage policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Executes evaluation of member needs and benefit plan eligibility and facilitates member transition to the organization's programs and plans
Applies advanced clinical judgement to incorporate strategies designed to reduce risk factors and barriers, and to address complex health indicators that impact care planning and resolution of member issues.
Handles reviews of prior claims to address potential impact on current case management and eligibility.
Creates a holistic approach to assess the need for referrals to clinical resources and to assist in determining functionality.
Ensures case management processes follow organization and regulatory requirements.
Implements systems to maximize member engagement, discern health status and needs, and to assess member levels of work capacity and restrictions.
Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Primarily works with members enrolled into Pathways to Success Program for intensive care coordination support.
Required Qualifications
Clinical licensure
Minimum two years experience working with children living with special needs or children in foster care
Willing and able to travel up to 50-75% of their time to meet members face to face within one hour of their location

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,575.00 - $142,576.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Primary Purpose of Position
Demonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of plant specific maintenance and technical training programs (Chemistry, Engineering, Maintenance: Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical, and Radiation Protection).
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. Develops, schedules, coordinates, and conducts performance-based maintenance or technical training programs as required by user community in accordance with Constellation's systematic approach to training model, department procedures, and with proper application of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.
- Prepares trainee examination and conducts trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments, as appropriate and conducts counseling sessions for trainees, evaluates the results, and recommends/develops individualized training programs.
- Participates in CEC support activities, i.e. outage support, root cause support, line assessment support.
- Assures the training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) Significant Operating Experience Reports and Constellation Nuclear Event Reports (NERs), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Bulletins and Information Notices, CEC design change and backfit information, CEC procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports.
- Support CEC and fleet in the areas of business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
- Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
- Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
- Maintains knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.

Urban Dove Team Charter Schools are seeking a passionate and dedicated MLL and Literacy Teacher to support students identified as Multilingual Learners (MLL) and/or those reading below grade level. This position plays a vital role in providing individualized and small-group instruction through both push-in and pull-out models, developing differentiated lesson plans, and promoting literacy growth across content areas. The teacher will collaborate closely with co-teachers and school staff to deliver inclusive instruction, administer assessments, and support student integration into classroom settings. - Teach five 55-minute classes (in the form of pull out or push in sessions).

The Specialty Clinical Pharmacist is responsible and accountable for the provision of safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy. Interface with customers and suppliers to incorporate changes or resolve functional and installation issues.
Submit completed jobs to Quality Assurance and assist inspectors in performing necessary checks or measurements.
Utilize mathematics, including algebra and trigonometry, to calculate dimensions and analyze Model Based Definition (MBD) for fabrication details.
Conduct tool tryouts and make necessary adjustments to ensure production meets quality requirements and specifications.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in repairing, maintaining, construction, and/or the inspection of tools, dies, jigs, powerfeed, etc.
5+ years of experience in machine shop processes, geometric dimensioning & tolerances, and machining capabilities of different types of materials.
2+ years of experience using complete set of toolmaker shop equipment (milling, lathe, precision, grinding, polishing, and fitting).
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Tool & Die Maker.
2+ years of experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Completed an approved Mold Maker or Tool and Die Maker state apprentice ship program and/or certified by the U.S.
Ability to perform machining operations with a specified degree of accuracy and within a timely manner, maintain close and exacting tolerances and finish requirements ensuring highest quality workmanship on all tools, gages, and fixtures with minimal scrap.
Capable of creating a repeatable setup and working to tolerances of +/-.0002" in controlled environment.
Possesses 4 and 5 axis CNC skills for mill or lathe, and extensive knowledge of detail cutting tool geometry for different cutting tool types and materials.
Ability to reverse engineer and manufacture mold components within time limitations
Ability to read and write G and M code with CAM programming experience.
