Associate Attorney

Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with early-career experience supporting real estate matters to join a collaborative legal team. This role focuses on transactional real estate work, including leasing and purchase-related matters, and offers meaningful exposure to sophisticated deals across a variety of property-related projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated to grow their practice, and interested in long-term advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review, and negotiation of documents related to real estate transactions

• Assist with purchase and sale matters involving commercial real estate assets

• Draft and analyze commercial lease agreements and related amendments

• Participate in transactions involving property development, financing, and refinancing

• Review title, survey, and due diligence materials associated with real estate deals

• Coordinate with senior attorneys, clients, and third parties to move transactions forward efficiently

• Maintain organized files and ensure transaction documents are properly executed and recorded

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction

• Approximately 2–3 years of experience working on real estate matters in a law firm or similar environment

• Hands-on experience with real estate leasing and acquisition-related transactions

• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines
