Primary Purpose of Position
Demonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of plant specific maintenance and technical training programs (Chemistry, Engineering, Maintenance: Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical, and Radiation Protection).
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. Develops, schedules, coordinates, and conducts performance-based maintenance or technical training programs as required by user community in accordance with Constellation's systematic approach to training model, department procedures, and with proper application of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.
- Prepares trainee examination and conducts trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments, as appropriate and conducts counseling sessions for trainees, evaluates the results, and recommends/develops individualized training programs.
- Participates in CEC support activities, i.e. outage support, root cause support, line assessment support.
- Assures the training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) Significant Operating Experience Reports and Constellation Nuclear Event Reports (NERs), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Bulletins and Information Notices, CEC design change and backfit information, CEC procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports.
- Support CEC and fleet in the areas of business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
- Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
- Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
- Maintains knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.
- Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

The Testing Technician is responsible for creating formulations on the benchtop, brewing using client Brewers and testing the formulations both pre-brewing as well as the finished beverage for a number of analytical measures and sensory testing.
The role will include:
- Preparing benchtop formulations including measuring and weighing ingredients, blending, and packing into single serve portions.
- Performing analytical and sensory analysis on samples both before and after preparation.
- Labeling, organizing, and putting samples into storage for shelf life testing.
- Maintaining documentation of incoming samples, samples prepared, samples in shelf life, as well as documenting test results
- Performing simple mathematical calculations to scale formulas or determine quantities for batch sizing

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this role is responsible for delivering and executing daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives. The below list of responsibilities is not all inclusive but provides a summary of duties for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, drivers and sales staff
• Coordinate deliveries for optimal productivity, service levels and revenue
• Comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Conduct monthly product inventories
• Answer phone and communicate via email in a professional manner
• Applies knowledge of customer schedules, delivery times, traffic volume and alternate routes to increase route efficiencies.
• Maintains a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image
• Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Two to Three years dispatch experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think independently and resolve problems as they arise without constant supervision
• Must have strong computer skills with a working knowledge of inventory control
• Have an understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations compliance
• Ability to supervise delivery drivers

Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add a litigation paralegal to its busy subrogation practice in its Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of paralegal experience in a fast paced commercial litigation practice with experience in insurance defense, large property loss subrogation or personal injury plaintiff's practices strongly preferred. Candidates should exhibit attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for intake and case management of property subrogation claims, providing exceptional client service.
- Maintain roster of insurance claims representatives, investigators, experts/consultants, and other interested parties.
- Assist with the preparation of assigned depositions, hearings, mediations and trials.
- Draft and e-file pleadings, including motions, complaints, notices, etc. in both federal court and state court in various jurisdictions.
- Monitor case status, track updates, and appearances, providing regular updates to both Attorneys and Clients.
- Assist with discovery, including gathering evidence, obtaining documents, and performing legal and factual research. Proficiency with Westlaw preferred.
- Assist with document production, including organizing documents, performing bates-stamping, creating and maintaining privilege logs, redaction, duplication and indexing of documents and maintaining exhibits.
- Attend client expert meetings, court appearances, and depositions, digesting and drafting concise and accurate summaries, and evaluating damaged documents.
- Calendaring depositions, deadlines, hearings, and meetings.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed to ensure effective and efficient case progress.
