As a Clinic Nurse (LPN)/Medical Assistant at MercyOne, you will
- Escorts patients to exam rooms. Obtains and documents data to include but not limited to chief complaint, allergies, vital signs, pain level, medication history, and fall risk. Obtains and reviews basic health history information. Anticipates and prepares exam room with equipment and supplies required for the visit. Assists with exam/procedures as requested.
- Utilizes written Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa policies and procedures, and universal precautions when performing laboratory/diagnostic tests. - Completes charge ticket/submits charges in an electronic health record to include and obtain the diagnosis from the provider, identifying and initialing all billable supplies and services. Obtains ABN per e-LMRP as necessary.

- Schedule and facilitate Provisioning Guidance Conference
- Establish a POA&M for Provisioning Conference
- Review Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) in support of developing Allowance Component List (ACL)/Allowance Part Lists (APLs)
- Review National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) and submit inquires to Supply system
- Review Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs)
- Input to databases to include Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS), PSD Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS)
- Track and maintain ILS action item database and report progress status
- Update logistics related inputs to program related IPT briefs and various program documents
- 10+ years of Logistics Specialist (LS)/Storekeeper (SK) operational experience
- 10+ years of experience in identifying, ordering, stocking and issuing repair parts and general supplies utilizing the Navy Supply System
- 10+ years of experience maintaining financial records and accounting systems via Relational Supply (R- Supply) and Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) systems
- Experience organizing and maintaining property accounting databases, correspondence tiles, and reports
- Familiarity with Allowance Type (AT) codes
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to learn and apply logistics concepts to assigned duties.
- DAWIA Level III Certification in Life Cycle Logistics or equivalent certification or military experience

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Structure
- 31%–34%+ of production (based on experience)
- Guaranteed compensation for the first six months
- Full-time Dentists can expect to earn between $180,000 and $400,000 annually
- $15,000 sign-on bonus

- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient

- Take quality orthodontic facial photos Responsible for the operational readiness
- Prepare tray set-ups for dental procedures
- Mix amalgam, cement, pulp paste and prepare impression materials
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Clean chairs and rooms
- Assist professional dental staff with treatment
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures in patient chart
- Pour, trim and polish impression casts
- Fabricate custom impression trays
- Perform to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs
- Other duties as assigned
- Orthodontic or Dental Assistant Certification (State dependent)
- Preferred at least 1 year of experience in Orthodontic Assisting
- CPR/BLS Certification Required
- Willing to travel in territory assigned to team
