Job Functions
- Schedule staff based on occupancy levels, including scheduling for PTOs.
- Maintain accurate payroll records (time and attendance) in the Company’s timekeeping system.
- Prepare GRA room assignments.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of hotel services and hours of operation.
- Handle heavy incoming call volume.

Job Description
- Participate in the count, ensuring the integrity of the count and compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
- Perform prep work, which includes loading carts with empty boxes, securing accurate listing of slot machines scheduled to be dropped.
- Perform the count of the slot drop in accordance with internal controls and transport funds to Count Room.
- Generate reports for the end of each shift and after the count is completed.
- Initiate and complete the transferring of funds to the Vault after verifying all the count processes have been fully completed.
- Maintain a good rapport with the Cage, Audit, and Casino personnel and deal with problems as they arise.
- Ensure that the inventory of supplies is adequate and that all machinery is in good working order.
