It is the responsibility of the Valet Attendant to park and retrieve guest vehicles while performing a high level of customer service. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Valet Parking Department.
- Provide positive service standards including but not limited to courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm to all guests and patrons of the hotel.
- Park and retrieve all guests and patrons cars using care and caution at all times, following all departmental rules and regulations as well as driving safety rules.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Assist Bell & Door employees as needed.
- Write claim tickets for guests vehicles as specified in departmental rules.
- Perform duties of traffic control and monitoring driveway lanes to efficiently park and retrieve guests vehicles.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
- Open and close car doors for all guests.
- Assist guest with unloading or loading luggage when necessary.
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel facilities and general information concerning our hotel or city.
- Must be able to drive all types of vehicles (Automatic and manual transmissions).
- Load and unload luggage when necessary and transporting it to the front door.
- Recover items from guests vehicles such as luggage, boxes, books, clothing.
Qualifications:
- Valid Nevada State Driver's license with a clean drivers record.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Minimum age requirement is 18.
- Previous Valet Parking experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.

Job Details
Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
The hourly base pay range for this position is $14 per hour plus tips ($20-$30 in tips per shift averaging $16-$17 per hour).
Work Schedule: The work schedule for this position is day time shifts Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm (flexible), no weekends!
Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.
Eligibility requirements depend on your job classification, length of employment and number of hours worked. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

SUMMARY
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location. Practices proper Towne Park phone etiquette. Posts up in designated areas when not completing tasks. - 10%
Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously. Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed. Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests. - 20%
Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries. Provides guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and/or amenities of the facility as well as main attractions in the area. Delivers messages, items and/or guest amenities as requested. Shuttles guests to appropriate places that are approved by the location. - 10%
Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival. Issues claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collects claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys. Consistently completes and maintains all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, location of vehicle, damage survey and claim check receipt from all vehicles taken into the valet system. Consistently completes location on all key tags after parking vehicle. Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed. - 35%

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable)
Work Experience:
- One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Skills:

Department Information
Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) at Georgia Tech is an auxiliary unit within the Division of Infrastructure and Sustainability (I&S). PTS interfaces with the entire campus population and constituencies external to campus. The services provided by PTS are as diverse and customer oriented as the consumers served. PTS oversees both the campus parking operations and transportation services.
The Parking Department is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all campus parking services for Georgia Tech. It self-operates a comprehensive parking program that includes customer service, cashiering, enforcement, maintenance, and event operations.
The Transportation Department manages a comprehensive network of transit services designed to provide the campus community with an effective and safe transportation alternative around the campus and within specific boundaries or destinations off campus. The department's transit services include nine Stinger bus routes, daytime student paratransit van service, and Stingerette van service, which provides nighttime safe ride home services on campus.
Job Summary
Performs a full range of assigned duties in the parking enforcement function. May provide direction to less experienced full-time and/or seasonal staff. The Parking Enforcement II differs from the Parking Enforcement I in the skill level required and the sensitivity, complexity and accountability of assigned duties. Parking Enforcement Officer II is differentiated from Lead Parking Enforcement Officer in that the latter has supervisory and administrative duties related to operation the Parking Enforcement Unit. Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Enforce parking (motor vehicle) laws and regulations by patrolling streets; identifies vehicle, identifies parking illegalities and determines citation, writes, and/or issues citations or warnings in accordance with campus, city, county, and/or state laws, regulations, ordinances and procedures. Coordinates vehicle impoundments or immobilizations as necessary.
Job Duty 2 -
Interacts intensively with the public on an ongoing basis; receives, listens, to and skillfully handles parking issues and complaints. Educates the public regarding parking regulations and citations.
Job Duty 3 -
Responsible for parking enforcement activity including locating barricades, signage, and parking control during sporting or campus events.
Job Duty 4 -
Answers questions from public regarding campus geography and other general matters.
Job Duty 5 -
Responds to calls of possible illegal activity or complaints related to area of responsibility. Within scope of responsibility and expertise, may assist and coordinate with Georgia Tech (GT) Police Department, fire department or other law enforcement of public safety agencies as necessary.
Job Duty 6 -
Identifies curb repainting and signage needs and recommends resolution to supervisor; cleans and gases vehicles.

U-Box Customer Care Driver Responsibilities:
- Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
- Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
- Load and unload storage containers for delivery.

Job Description
Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for transporting, loading, and unloading goods as well as confirming accuracy and safely delivering contents. Must be dependable & accountable with a clean driving record.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and safely drive a large straight truck
- Transport goods and packages to assigned destinations
- Ensure contents are properly secured inside of truck to prevent damage
- Safely and efficiently handle and unload goods at selected destinations
- Confirm contents of each shipment load matches the manifest document
- Obtain signatures to confirm receipt of goods
- Collect payment if necessary (based on customers terms)
- Communicate with dispatch/management as needed
- Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip
- Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean, this includes cleaning out the box and cab of your truck on a weekly basis
- Maintain and report any service needed on your vehicle to management
- Note and contact management of any major issues encountered
- Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs, track and report hours using ELD

Requirements

Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $70,304.00.
Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.

Must be 18 years or older. Restaurant server experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with Guests interested in renting cabanas.
- Explain the various cabana levels and pricing.
- Take payment for all rental sales.
- Ensure the cabana area remains private, clean, and reserved only for Guests who have rented cabanas.
- Serve cabana guests food and drink as needed.
- Attend to cabana guests' needs quickly and often.
- Clean and maintain the cabana area.
- Flip and clean cabanas as guests leave for the day.
- Other duties as assigned.
Payrate: $9.50/hr
**You will have the ability and opportunity to receive tips in this position at the customers' discretion**
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
- Be available to work flexible hours on days, at night, on holidays, and on weekends.
- Be available to assist in other areas such as Retail, Rental, or Attractions.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Restaurant Server Experience is a plus.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and guest service.
- Must react quickly in emergency situations.
- Must have a positive and outgoing attitude to make guests excited and to make all guests welcome to the cabana area.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, lift, and reach throughout your shift
- Stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time and as many as 10-12 hours a day; be able to walk over various types of surfaces.
