What you will do:
- Performs routine tasks to assist the provider in patient care related activities. Cleans and maintains exam and treatment rooms and stocks clinical supplies and equipment. May assist with scheduling tests and treatments, pre-certifying patients for hospital care and/or procedures and processing referrals to other care providers.
- Performs selected clinical duties, reviews patient self-reported history and physical, vital signs, injections and immunizations, and assists in minor office procedures under the direction of the MD/APP/RN. Performs venipunctures and finger sticks; identifies correct patient before collecting specimen and labels specimens before leaving the patient. Performs Point of Care testing and supports lab draw site services according to CLIA and hospital policies. Logs and documents procedures performed according to hospital requirements. Completes EKG?s, suture removal, and dressing changes.
- Performs various clerical functions; answers telephones, relays and responds to patient messages with physician direction. Updates and processes patient medical records with all patient communication. Schedules appointments and documents patient referrals when needed. Coordinates patient care through the appropriate triaging of patient phone calls and call backs as assigned by the provider when applicable
- Manages patient contact and follow up as directed and by electronic medical record (EMR) tasks. Follows up on all overdue orders, verbal and written, as identified in the electronic record task box. Provides accurate documentation on patient compliance with follow up and notifies physician of all refusals for orders. Documents all interventions, results, patient / family interactions, and medications dispensed in the record.

Job Summary
This position is situated at the main desk on the first floor and serves as the primary source of information and initial contact for students, alumni, faculty, employers, visitors, and staff regarding the advising and educational programs, career fairs and employer events of the office. As a member of the larger MCS Administrative Team, this position provides “first line” coverage and overall support in a complex office serving diverse populations of students, alumni, employers, and other stakeholders.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintains up to date knowledge on full breadth of MCS programs, services, and resources. Basic Qualifications

May be required to walk 15-20 minutes to different campus buildings across the Harvard Cambridge Campus to provide staffing coverage for MCS events.
Must be able to move light furniture to reset presentation and meeting rooms and occasionally lift boxes (10–30 pounds) to help with events.
Additional Information
Staff members are encouraged to use public transportation to commute to the office because there is very limited street parking in Harvard Square.
The person in this role will work 35 hours per week in-person, and they will have an hour unpaid lunch break each workday.
The person in this role needs to provide coverage for after-hours (5-8 pm) advising and/or employer events as needed. They will need to flex their hours to assist with event coverage.

Job Summary
Receive and direct radio/telephone calls providing information and/or referrals in support of campus parking services and enforcement. Provide guidance and training to other dispatchers in dispatch procedures as required.This position will interact on a consistent basis with: callers to include Parking staff, GT employees and visitors. This position will typically advise and counsel: dispatchers. This position will supervise: N/A.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Interact with callers, displaying courtesy and efficiency in responses.
Job Duty 2 -
Research vehicle data in the parking management system for outstanding citations, vehicle owner information, parking assignments and gate access information. Program and support electronic ticket writers for enforcement personnel.
Job Duty 3 -
Contact towing service to summon removal of vehicles.
Job Duty 4 -
Perform general office duties to include filing and using standard office equipment such as copiers, fax machine, printers, computers and calculators.
Job Duty 5 -
Review and reconcile and submit for payment, invoices for towing services.
Job Duty 6 -
Train incoming personnel on dispatch procedures; provide ongoing guidance as required.
Job Duty 7 -
Perform other duties as assigned

This job requires thorough working knowledge of campus parking policies, procedures and practices as well as skills in courteous, professional communication by phone and radio and providing training and guidance in dispatch processes. ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Representative ensures highest quality customer service and assists the maintenance team with keeping all common areas by the entrances and exits clean.
- Ensures customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitates the expedient flow of traffic through the facility
- Assists customers in making payment to fully automated revenue control equipment
- Goes above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experience
- Assists in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned location.
- Monitors parkers in pay-in lanes
- Makes every customer interaction a moment that matters through friendly and professional conduct.
- Willing to assist customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
- Performs other necessary functions as assigned.
- Conducts garage and facility audits as required by management.
- Counts \"bank\" of revenue (if required) at beginning of shift to ensure starting total is correct.
- Makes change (if required) for customers before transactions.
- Quotes rates for parking services.
- Gives directions to city locations and assists customers, ensuring they get where they are going quickly and easily.
- Resolves customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor.
- Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner (if required).
- Maintains cleanliness of facility and picks up trash in the surrounding area.
