The opportunity
Within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub service line, our Software Strategy Group (SSG) team members conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize and analyze data, build and test hypotheses, and deliver strategic advice to our clients to help them make informed decisions. We have developed the models, industry contacts, benchmarks, and methods designed for the software economy. Additionally, SSG works with internal Managing Consultants who have been CTOs and CEOs in early and late-stage software companies. The combination of the Managing Consultant team, our Consultants and Senior Associates with deep software expertise provides a unique opportunity for you to learn from the best in the field.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Associate/Consultant with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Software Strategy Group, you will be responsible for leading work streams translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables. Senior Associates/Consultants manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities, and serve as key liaisons between consulting team members, Directors, Senior Directors, Partners, and our clients.
Skills and attributes for success
Develop business strategies using tools such as market sizing, market participant interviews, decision maker survey panels, and discussions with target company management teams.
Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
A minimum of 18 months of experience working with technology and software companies in a leadership role, either as a management consultant or as an employee, with knowledge of and experience in the software economy.
Experience managing business strategy and commercial diligence projects in complex environments.
Ability to make detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment.
Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Ideally, you’ll also have
MBA with 1 year of related work experience or graduate degree with at least 2 years of related work experience, with a particular focus on client advisory or strategic planning within a professional services environment.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $185,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. • Manage other engineering design firms, equipment vendors, construction firms, and internal/external stakeholders as required to execute projects.
• Integrate safety into the design and execution of all projects (HAZOP reviews, PHSRs, design reviews with EHS representatives).

• Excellent written and spoken English is required including the preparation of technical documents in English
• Experience in leading teams.
• Experience with, and knowledge of some of the typical Biotechnology processes & peripheral systems is required; Upstream Biotech Processes (Fermentation, Bioreactors, Centrifugation, Thawing), Downstream / Purification Biotech Processes (chromatography, TFF, DF, NF-MF), Fill & Finish equipment, Media Preparation, CIP/SIP systems, Buffer Preparation, clean utilities (PW, WFI, CS, PS)
• Possess leadership skills, and be able to take initiative to lead projects, involving multiple stakeholders, departments, and varying complexity.
• Possess mentorship skills, to coach and develop junior and intermediate employees.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.

The opportunity
The AI Finance Senior Manager is a crucial role responsible for supporting the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing the overall data management strategy for finance applications. The successful candidate will leverage their deep expertise finance applications (planning, reporting, close/consolidation) coupled with deep skills in enterprise data management, data governance, data quality, master data management, Machine Learning, and Generative AI (Gen AI) to support key finance personas. One of the key responsibilities will focus on developing and implementing our “FDL consulting blueprint” service offering, with the goal of creating an industry agnostic data model which can be utilized as a starting point and be extended ensure data consistency and interoperability across finance applications. The successful candidate will work closely with the Data Lead and the Product Owner for the FDL to ensure that the FDL Blueprint is designed on a foundation of accurate, consistent, and reliable finance application data architecture, enabling informed decision-making.
Your key responsibilities
The AI Finance Senior Manager will work closely with finance, IT, and data science teams to support the effective management and utilization of finance application data, harnessing the power of Machine Learning, Gen AI, and Azure data technologies to drive innovation and business value through the development and implementation of the EY AI Finance solution offering.
As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships. Your time will be spent across various responsibilities, including:
Leading the design and delivery of system architecture solutions in collaboration with technical teams.

Supporting the establishment and maintenance of a robust data governance framework for the FDL
Staying current with the latest advancements in Machine Learning, Gen AI, Data Management and Azure technologies and identifying and implementing innovative solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and insights for finance applications
Ability to travel as required for client engagements and project needs.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science
Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with demonstrated expertise in:
Strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Financial modeling and scenario analysis
Variance analysis and management reporting
Cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders
Strong proficiency with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platforms, including hands-on experience with solutions such as:
Anaplan (Certified Model Builder preferred)
Oracle EPM Cloud Suite (PBCS, ePBCS, FCCS)
Oracle Hyperion
OneStream, Tagetik, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of financial data architecture and governance, including:
Financial data modeling and dimensional design
Chart of accounts structuring and hierarchy management
Data quality standards and reconciliation processes
Master data management for finance applications
Knowledge of finance applications including financial modeling (PnL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Analyst, Senior Analyst and Associate roles are responsible for working closely with Client Relations Representatives and Senior Client Relations Representatives in order to support the maintenance of client accounts and relationships within the firm.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of existing client accounts.
- Assist with team projects and initiatives.
- Establish familiarity with internal systems to respond to client requests - asset values, status updates, tax efficiency, account performance, etc.

Job Requirements
- 4-year degree, preferably in related discipline such as economics, finance, marketing, or hospitality; work experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
- 0-4+ years proven experience working with financial services advisors / money managers.
- Introductory experience with registered investment advisors (RIAs), the Family Office community, separate accounts, unified managed accounts (UMAs), tax-efficient products, and/or indexes a plus.
- Relationship-building skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Keen interest in and understanding of investment products and financial instruments such as equities and fixed income.
- Established communication skills - both internally/externally in written/oral/auditory essential.
- Familiarity with MS Office and the ability to learn additional internal/ external software programs.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $60,000 and $90,000 per year at
the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized
