About the Opportunity

This position plays a key role in ensuring that customer orders go out accurately and on time each evening. You’ll lead a dedicated crew of warehouse associates and packers, oversee shipping operations, and manage the company’s local delivery fleet.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the 2nd-shift warehouse team to complete daily order fulfillment and shipping goals.
- Oversee fleet operations, coordinating with drivers and ensuring timely local deliveries.
- Assign and monitor work related to inbound receiving, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
- Enforce and promote company safety programs to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
- Manage warehouse organization, damaged goods reclamation, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth order flow and product availability.
- Track performance metrics, review shift checklists, and provide end-of-shift reporting.
- Train, coach, and evaluate employees to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision or team leadership experience in distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of shipping/receiving, inventory management, and workflow coordination.
- Experience managing drivers or a small fleet preferred.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (PKMS experience a plus) and basic computer skills.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Reporting to Production Supervisors, you will work on-site at one of Conagra's largest manufacturing facilities with over 800 employees.
As a Production Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting production operations by ensuring product quality, packaging compliance, and adherence to safety and food handling standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a working knowledge of production schedules and learn to read and follow schedule instructions.
Form and assemble cases to meet production requirements and specifications.
Monitor auto-filled bags or trays for required fill weight, back seal, end seal, label placement, date code, and label accuracy.
Report deviations from product requirements to operators or supervisors. Ensure cases enter the case sealer correctly.
Visually inspect products and ingredients for blemishes, flaws, extraneous material, or discoloration.
Stop production and report any serious deviation from requirements or equipment malfunction.
Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
Assist operators with start-up, production, changeover, and shutdown activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Ability to meet physical requirements to perform all duties safely.
Effective communication skills to perform all duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Help achieve client relation goals in order to drive sales and maintain customer focus
Protect the customer experience in all areas
Assist in training new associates on product knowledge for staff
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Ensure daily monitoring and execution of sales
Execute and communicate product moves and markdowns
Responsible for all opening/closing procedures of the store on all designated shifts as per the store hours of operation
Supervise sales floor and provide direct supervision for an abbreviated period of time in the absence of a store manager on the floor
50% of the Key holder's time is spent on daily responsibilities that are non-supervisory in nature
Key Holders will be able to process returns, but cannot execute employee purchases
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Must have a minimum of 1 year of retail experience
Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
Excellent English communication - verbal and written
Excellent time management/project skills
