Coordinates patient care, personnel management, maintenance of equipment, equipment purchased, and statistical accumulation.
Responsibilities
* Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Role Purpose
The Registered Diagnostic Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging, including but not limited to abdominal, small parts, and obstetrical, to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, and assist with needle procedures (i.e., biopsies, drainages, needle placements, etc.). May also perform vascular imaging

The Neuro Step-Down Unit at Barnes Jewish Hospital is a specialized care area designed to provide intermediate-level care to patients with neurological conditions who require close monitoring but are stable enough to transition from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This unit caters to patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurosurgical procedures, seizures, and other complex neurological conditions. Nurses in the Neuro Step-Down Unit are trained in advanced neurological assessments, monitoring of neuro-specific symptoms, and the use of specialized equipment, such as intracranial pressure monitors and continuous EEG. With a focus on early rehabilitation and recovery, the nursing staff works closely with a multidisciplinary team, including neurologists, neurosurgeons, physical therapists, and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive care that supports patients in regaining function and transitioning to less intensive care settings.

The Neuroscience Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is a 21 bed unit dedicated to the care of patients in need of specialized nursing care at a critical point in their healthcare journey, where they are at high risk for clinical deterioration. Progressive care, with lower nurse patient ratios, allows for frequent assessment, intervention, treatment and specialized monitoring.
The unit cares for pre and postoperative neurosurgical, neuro-medicine and stroke patients with complex needs using a team approach with nurses, charge nurse and patient care techs. Bedside, central monitoring, and remote telemetry are standard for all PCU patients. Many resources are available to nurses on this unit, including: Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Mananger, Assistant Nurse Managers and a Nurse Educator. Additionally this nursing team collaborates with and are supported by a wide array of the multidisciplinary providers, physicians and pharmacists.
A specialized orientation is provided to prepare nurses to care for the neuroscience patient as well as training specific to Progressive Care. Ongoing education and professional development is supported and encouraged.
Attention to nursing patients with the provision of excellent outcomes is what drives the work on this unit.

Reports to: Sales Manager or Location Manager
Position: Sells new and used agricultural and turf equipment to new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
* Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area
* Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
* Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
* Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
* Knows and follows a defined sales process
* Maintains assigned company vehicles and equipment
* Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events
* Conducts new equipment field demonstrations
* Monitors trends in customer's business activities and timely communicates to management
* Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
* Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
* May maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes
Requirements:
* 1+ years agriculture AND/OR construction equipment sales experience
* Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred
* Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
* Ability to work flexible hours
* Excellent customer relationship skills
* Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday

Acute Care Medicine has patients with a full range of clinical issues-from significant blood dyscrasias, advanced endocrine pathology, heart and renal failure, GI conditions, infectious diseases, asthma and a multitude of other conditions and diseases. Due to the patient acuity on the nursing division, we provide advanced training to bring new nurses to the highest level of functioning. Each unit is lead by a clinical manager and lead charge nurse. The unit is supported by an advanced practice nurse. Additionally each unit is assigned a case manager, social worker, physical therapist, dietitian, and pharmacist. This multidisciplinary team works in conjunction with the physicians, nurses and patient care technicians to provide quality patient care.

Mother-baby is a 30-bed, postpartum care unit. The highly skilled nurses on this floor receive an extensive orientation and attend numerous classes to provide the best possible care for routine deliveries as well as those that are high risk. As a regional high-risk center, Barnes-Jewish Hospital offers a high standard of evidence-based practice for complications of pregnancy, such as hypertension, cardiac problems and postpartum hemorrhage. A dedicated lactation team is available to assist and encourage breastfeeding mothers. This unit offers many opportunities for involvement outside of direct patient care, including service on several nursing committees.

About the Interventional Pulmonology Procedural Space
Interventional Pulmonology is a procedural area that sees both inpatient and outpatient. We have three procedural rooms (2 Bronch Suites and 1 Pleural suite). Nurses work up patients for their procedures and work recovery for their post procedure as well. One nurse is assigned to a procedural room per day. In the bronch suites, the nurses administer moderate sedation under the direction of an attending and monitor the patient. In the pleural suite they are assisting with procedures (prepping sterile fields, assisting the NP with the procedure, monitoring the patient). Patients are taken back to their pre/post bay and recovered by a pre/post nurse. Patients are either discharged home or report is called and patient is transported back to their floor.
