Boot Barn is looking for a Commercial Accounts Specialist to join our Merchandise team. The Commercial Accounts Specialist will be a key conduit between the Boot Barn buying team and our commercial accounts sales team for work boots and work apparel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work between commercial accounts and buying team to find efficiency in both assortment and ways of working by developing a robust knowledge of the products available, deep understanding of the work customer and developing new processes between teams (order placement, tracking orders, projecting needs).
- Work closely with the Commercial Account Team and Vendors to help fulfill sales needs in a timely and accurate manner, track orders and relay information between teams.
- Participate in the bi-weekly call with the Merchants and Commercial Accounts and attend vendor meetings where necessary.

- Assist the accounting department in troubleshooting invoicing errors.

The Associate Technical Designer supports the Technical Designer in all aspects of technical design to ensure that products meet established standards for fit, quality, and consistency. This role works closely with the Technical Designer to prepare fittings, measuring garments, reviewing patterns, and clearly communicating accurate fit comments to vendors.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, accurate, and possesses strong communication skills. They should be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fastβpaced, collaborative environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Technical Designer in all areas of the technical design process
- Organize, measure, and prepare samples for fittings
- Review patterns and garment construction to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with approved blocks and design intent
- Assist Technical Designer with developing technical packages and creating specs
- Attend fittings, take detailed notes, and translate fit corrections into clear actionable fit comments
- Attend meetings as needed, at the managerβs discretion, to support team priorities.
- Support communication with cross functional partners and vendors as needed.
- Maintain organized records of histories such as samples, fit archives, block libraries, and more.
- Demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
- Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
- Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
- Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Fashion/ Technical Design or a related field is strongly preferred
- An associateβs degree in Fashion or Technical Design may be acceptable when combined with equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in Technical Design
- Comprehensive knowledge of patternmaking principles and garment construction fundamentals
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, experience with Gerber and Centric PLM is a strong plus
- Must be extremely well organized, work well under pressure and be a strong problem solver
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in fastβpaced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Lost Barn Event Rentals is seeking a Delivery Associate to join the team! Responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery, setup, and pickup of rental equipment (e.g., tables, chairs, tents, bounce houses, dΓ©cor) to various event locations. They are expected to provide excellent customer service and be a representative of the brand while ensuring all items are handled with care.
Start Date - As soon as April 1- 15, 2026
Pay Range - $19-21/hourly, commensurate with experience
Job Type - Part Time
Responsibilities
* Loading & Unloading : Safely load, secure, unload, and transport heavy rental items, utilizing dollies or hand trucks as needed, following the loading directions of the delivery driver lead. Assist with ensuring vehicles remain clean. Assist with self-pickup order packing and unloading as needed.
* Setup & Breakdown : Assist with the physical setup and teardown of rental items at event sites, ensuring correct placement and functionality as directed.
* Customer Service : Interact with clients as needed in a positive manner, representing the company.
* Inventory & Warehouse: Pull delivery items as directed by the delivery driver lead, assist in double checking items against rental packing list before loading, assist in checking inventory upon pickup to ensure no items are missing and assist in reporting any damaged equipment or delivery issues. Assist in warehouse cleanliness as needed.
* Safety: Adhere to all company safety policies, and proper lifting techniques.

* Customer Service: Be the lead to check in with clients upon arrival, explain equipment use if applicable, and obtain delivery signatures, representing the company positively.
* Inventory & Warehouse: Pull delivery items, double checking against rental packing list before loading, check inventory upon pickup to ensure no items are missing and report any damaged equipment or delivery issues.
* Safety: Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and proper lifting techniques.
* Lead: Supervise and direct the overall delivery job to include directing the delivery associate assigned to their delivery.
