Intern Opportunities:

• Food & Beverage / Culinary: interns in this role will serve in a front-line food and beverage position with either our inpark F&B team or our Culinary operations team behind the scenes.
• Human Resources: interns in this role will serve in a front-line position with either our human resources team or as a divisional HR laison.
• Operations (Admissions, Aquatics, Park Services, Rides) : interns in this role will serve in a front-line operatons position.
• Retail (Merch/Games/Extra Charge): interns in this role will serve in a front-line retail position with either our Merchandise, Games, or Extra Charge teams.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be currently pursuing a college degree or a recent graduate (within 180 days of the start of employment/program at Kings Dominion).
• Commit to working at Kings Dominion and completing intern program requirements.
• Ability to work onsite for minimum 24 hours per week AND be available to work / attend internship program activities as well as work on weekends/peak days.

The Ohio Department of Transportation, District 11, is now accepting applications for our Summer Transportation Seasonal Help (TSH) Program for the following counties: Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, and Tuscarawas Counties. This is a temporary seasonal program for 40 hours per week not to exceed 560 total hours. There are multiple positions, your application will be considered for all positions.

What You Will Do:

• Flagging/traffic control for highway maintenance crew
• Driving pickup truck to set out/pick up signs & follow mowing crew
• Roadside litter pickup, Clean &/or wash vehicles & equipment
• Cleaning/hosing down garage areas
• Using weed eater to trim around building, fences, etc.
• Help clean up roadsides when work crews are cutting brush/tree trimming
• Answer phone &/or radio when clerk is unavailable

ABOUT THE NATIONAL PARTNER TEAM

YOUR IMPACT

As a Summer Intern supporting the National Partner Team, you will gain hands-on experience in membership management, corporate engagement, and nonprofit partnership strategy. You will contribute to projects designed to enhance National Partner engagement and visibility across BBB National Programs’ self-regulatory and dispute resolution programs. This role offers exposure to partnership management, strategic communications, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing & Communications.

• Support the development of a creative National Partner engagement plan to strengthen participation and program awareness
• Conduct research and analysis of the National Partner roster to identify engagement opportunities and trends
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to enhance the National Partner newsletter
• Assist with coordinating social media content and targeted outreach that highlights National Partners and promotes engagement
• Draft communications and materials tailored to National Partners
• Research corporate brands, law firms, and trade associations to support outreach and relationship-building efforts
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to strengthen partner engagement initiatives
• Provide general project and administrative support as needed
