Role Summary

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. Online orderfillers have the opportunity to shop for our customers and choose just the right apple, or select their favorite cereal. This position is extremely fast paced and is one that gets to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders. Order fillers and delivery associates also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in store customers.   • Insert and suture drains as directed and supervised by surgeon.  


  • Apply dressings, gauze, splints, and casts.  


  • Administer subcutaneous postoperative injections of local anesthetics when directed by the surgeon.  



What qualifications you will need: 


  • High School Diploma or GED preferred. 


  • Certified First Assistant (CSFA) through NBSTSA required.

Job Summary and Qualifications 



The Certified First Assistant (CFA) is an active member of the healthcare team in the operating room. This role is responsible for assisting the healthcare team in assessing the needs of the patients and for organizing and planning care sufficient to meet identified needs during the preoperative and intra-operative phase. The CFA may be asked to precept/mentor others within their realm of expertise. 


What you will do in this role: 


  • Prepare the surgical site to include shaving, marking, application of surgical scrub/paint.  


  • Apply positioning aids, tourniquet cuff, etc.  


  • Provide hemostasis by: injection, touches cautery to instrument held by physician, uses electrocautery on tissue, uses bipolar cautery, clamping/tying.  


  • Assist surgeon in utilizing/manipulating special equipment, i.e., video camera and equipment, etc.  


  • Perform skin closure by staples or suture as directed and supervised by surgeon.  


  • Insert and suture drains as directed and supervised by surgeon.  


  • Apply dressings, gauze, splints, and casts.  


  • Administer subcutaneous postoperative injections of local anesthetics when directed by the surgeon.  


What qualifications you will need: 


  • High School Diploma or GED preferred. 


  • Certified First Assistant (CSFA) through NBSTSA required. 


  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date 


  • 3 years of related experience highly preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Certified Surgical First Assistant

 The First Assistant is responsible for providing patient care of the surgical patient under the direction of the Surgeon.  



 What you will do in this role: 

  • You will assist in preparing the operating room and perform assigned support duties during surgical procedures. You will assist in the turnover of the OR room 
  • You will check all instruments for workability prior to usage, displaying knowledge of instrument and content of set. 
  • You will provide retraction of tissue and organs for optimal visualization with regard to tissue type and appropriate retraction instrument and/or technique. 
  • You will assist in maintaining hemostasis by direct pressure, use and application of appropriate surgical instrument for the task, placement of ties, placement of suture ligatures, application of chemical hemostatic agents, or other measures as directed by the surgeon. 
  • You will assist with resuscitation of patient during cardiac arrest or other life threatening events in the operating room 
  • You will perform any other duties or procedures incident to the surgical procedure deemed necessary and as directed by the surgeon 


 What qualifications you will need:  

  • Current TN licensure or National Certification as a: Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Certified ORT or RN Licensure or Doctorate of Medicine (corresponding with education obtained).  
  • High school or GED required; Graduate of Accredited Programs in: Physician Assistant, Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT), RN, MD.  
  • Current BLS required. 
  • One-year surgical assistant experience preferred.

3rd Shift Order Assembly Picker/Loader

The 3rd shift order assembly picker/loader is responsible for picking orders, palletizing, loading and unloading products and/or cases, and working any station or line that is assigned. The order assembly picker/loader works anywhere in the Load-out/Cooler areas that may be assigned.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for pulling products for customer orders.
  • Duties may include loading and unloading products in trailers. Distributing pallets of product from the palletizer to distribution trailers and staging areas. Stage materials for production.
  • Perform freight handling using appropriate motorized and manual equipment (when certified).
  • May use hand-held tracking device.
  • Mark the paperwork properly when making adjustments for product shortages.
  • Keep accurate records on load sheets, inventory sheets, scrap sheets and computerized equipment.
  • Ensure proper code date rotation.
  • Report any mechanical problems such as bad wear strips, plugged or missing lube nozzles, spacer stop malfunctions, palletizer malfunctions or conveyor breakdowns.
  • Report any product/packaging issues.
  • Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
  • Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information. Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
  • Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
  • Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all require PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.

Job Requirements include:
