Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

This position is extremely fast paced and is one that gets to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders. Order fillers and delivery associates also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in store customers. The Therapist II Engage PT/PRN works both independently and as a member of a team. The incumbent also works as part of a coordinated specialty care team for youth and young adults who are experiencing FEP. The position has the ability to support family members through ongoing collaboration, coordination with schools, colleges, and universities, as well as organizations and community groups outside of behavioral health.

Maintains familiarity with the FEP CT-R model of therapy through HeadsUp. Utilizes other approaches, such as CBT, MI, etc.
Uses a variety of educational materials, brief intervention techniques, and community resources to engage and increase consumer motivation, as well as to manage their chronic behavioral and medical conditions.
Maintains understanding of community resources to support consumers in achieving their goals.
Promotes shared decision-making when developing treatment plans and assessing progress towards goals.
Establishes a relapse prevention plan and a follow-up schedule with the consumers, monitoring consumers progress throughout the maintenance phase.
Systematically screens consumers for depression and unhealthy substance use by utilizing evidence-based screening instruments appropriate to the population.
Clearly and effectively communicates with other providers, including both medical and behavioral health. In particular, works closely with inpatient settings when a consumer enters that level of care and works with the facility treatment team around discharge planning.

The Certified First Assistant is an active member of the healthcare team in the operating room. Certified Surgical First Assistant

 The First Assistant is responsible for providing patient care of the surgical patient under the direction of the Surgeon.  

 What you will do in this role: 

• You will assist in preparing the operating room and perform assigned support duties during surgical procedures. You will assist in the turnover of the OR room 
• You will check all instruments for workability prior to usage, displaying knowledge of instrument and content of set. 
• You will provide retraction of tissue and organs for optimal visualization with regard to tissue type and appropriate retraction instrument and/or technique. 
• You will assist in maintaining hemostasis by direct pressure, use and application of appropriate surgical instrument for the task, placement of ties, placement of suture ligatures, application of chemical hemostatic agents, or other measures as directed by the surgeon. 
• You will assist with resuscitation of patient during cardiac arrest or other life threatening events in the operating room 
• You will perform any other duties or procedures incident to the surgical procedure deemed necessary and as directed by the surgeon 

 What qualifications you will need:  

• Current TN licensure or National Certification as a: Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Certified ORT or RN Licensure or Doctorate of Medicine (corresponding with education obtained).  
• High school or GED required; Graduate of Accredited Programs in: Physician Assistant, Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT), RN, MD.  
• Current BLS required. 
• One-year surgical assistant experience preferred.  

Must be competent in first assisting responsibilities in an OR setting. TriStar StoneCrest proudly serves Rutherford County, Tennessee. The 3rd shift order assembly picker/loader is responsible for picking orders, palletizing, loading and unloading products and/or cases, and working any station or line that is assigned. The order assembly picker/loader works anywhere in the Load-out/Cooler areas that may be assigned.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for pulling products for customer orders.
• Duties may include loading and unloading products in trailers. Distributing pallets of product from the palletizer to distribution trailers and staging areas. Stage materials for production.
• Perform freight handling using appropriate motorized and manual equipment (when certified).
• May use hand-held tracking device.
• Mark the paperwork properly when making adjustments for product shortages.
• Keep accurate records on load sheets, inventory sheets, scrap sheets and computerized equipment.
• Ensure proper code date rotation.
• Report any mechanical problems such as bad wear strips, plugged or missing lube nozzles, spacer stop malfunctions, palletizer malfunctions or conveyor breakdowns.
• Report any product/packaging issues.
• Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information. Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
• Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
• Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all require PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
• Responsible for food safety, pre-requisite programs and food quality related to designated area. Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
• Trailer checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
• Minimum 2 years recent experience operating a forklift in a high efficiency environment.
• Must be able to pass a written and driving forklift skills test.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand and drive for virtually the entire shift.
• Must be able to stand, walk, push or pull a majority of the day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and manually stack and move cases up to 5-8 cases high.
