Job Purpose:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES (Events split between all locations; Event Operations Managers are assigned based on location and number of events)
Client Relations
- Work with Event Sales Manager to understand each booked client and take over communication with them once contracted.
- Meet and effectively communicate with clients to understand their specific expectations, budget, and food & beverage related needs, such as dietary restrictions throughout the entire planning process, from booking to event day as needed.
- Help clients design a timeline for their event, as well as a floor plan that is attractive and conducive to efficient service within the event space.
- Finalize menus, create invoices, and facilitate payments for clients, adhering strictly to all payment deadlines, working directly with Accounting & Finance
- Ensure all BEO details are finalized in accordance with established contractual timelines and obtain client sign-off to confirm accuracy and approval.
- Host group tastings of food and beverage offerings, as well as some private tastings.
Event Day- (Full Ownership of the Event, Acting as Manager on Duty (MOD)).
- Work Event Leads, and other Event Staff for set up, breakdown and execution of each event as needed.
- Clean and ready the facility for guests followed by oversight of a clean and organized facility post-event.
- Lead pre-event meeting with Event team members in specifics of event details and service timeline.
- Be onsite for appropriate time (as needed per event) for proper execution of pre- and post-meal service.
Management of Event Staff
- Interview, hire, and schedule all Event Staff (servers, bartenders, utilities, leads etc.) for events at primary assigned location.
- Lead the training of all Event Staff at primary assigned location.
- Work with Event Leads for setup and breakdown details for each event as needed at all locations.
- Manage Event Staff to meet the demand and timeline of each event, delegating duties as needed at all locations.
- Compose and deliver performance reviews for all Event Staff at primary assigned location.
- Consistently document all corrective action and disciplinary issues with the appropriate forms and guidelines provided through Human Resources at all locations.
Day-to-Day
- Work with the culinary team for client menu requests and keep them informed of any updates or changes to upcoming events at all locations.
- Maintain inventory of catering supplies, and cleaning and organization of spaces at primary assigned location.
- Work with outside vendors as needed and assist with the onboarding of vendors/contractors using proper protocol and vendor guidelines.
- Administrative tasks may include the facilitation of payroll, reports, point of sale procedures, and inventory for food and beverage functions at all locations.
- Respond in a thorough and timely fashion to consistent flow of emails and phone calls from booked clients.

The PM Restaurant Server serves food & beverage items in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Preferred work schedule and shift availability is part time in the afternoon/evening from 3pm to 11pm. Position Summary
The Event Manager takes a client from the Sales & Contracting conversation to a fully realized event. Through a thorough understanding of the event operations and space functionalities, the Event Manager ensures client satisfaction is reached with an eye for details and logistics. While focused on hospitality, communication and planning, this position is also an extension of the Events Sales team, and driving revenue is key to this role. The EM should be able to add significant revenue through the planning process.
The Event Manager will be a support to the Sales Directors, suggesting floorplans, coordinating event start and end time with other possible events happening on the same date while focusing on exceeding client expectations while being mindful of financial goals for both the clients and the hotel.
They must be able to read and understand a contract and invoice, as well as confidently upsell to clients in a relevant manner. They will manage all coordination with clients and vendors, including, but not limited to, an introductory briefing to the client, recommending appropriate vendors and best practices for hosting events at Wythe Hotel, menu selection guidance, floor plan creation on Prismm BEO creation on Triple Seat, adding information on Alice, while liaising with internal departments such as front desk, AV, housekeeping, engineering, porters, kitchen, event staff, etc as well as entering in group guestroom rooming lists and ensuring a safe event is hosted - all aligned with the client's vision, hotel needs and highest priorities.
As a Manager in the Events Department, the Event Manager will also assist the Events General Manager with staff coaching & feedback when appropriate, and provide support to the new hire & annual review process. They will be present as a resource for our teams during setup and will ensure the client's vision is actualized by our service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of event success from the first client interaction to closing out event financials and sending a warm note of thanks and an invite back.
- Work to ensure excellent standards of personal service, responsiveness, follow through, professionalism, and event execution at every step of the process for our clients.
- Must be able to recognize opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events and exceed guest needs. Must be a revenue driving member of the Events Sales team.
- Extensive knowledge of Wythe Hotel’s food and beverage offerings, proper preparation and presentation of food and beverage items.
- Extensive knowledge of meeting room capacities, floorplans and room set-up, furniture inventory, audio-visual internal and external capabilities and timing, and any other pertinent details as they relate to Events rooms set-up.
- Directly oversee set-up for all events and buyouts. Oversee all corporate Events setups in terms of BEO requirements, floorplan, set up and breakdown, kitchen sheets, space appearance, A/V equipment, maintenance, storage, and equipment for both current and future events.
- Create and maintain accuracy of BEO’s.
- Communicate with all other Departments within the Hotel as necessary to ensure smooth execution of all Events
- Enter in group rooming lists and oversee final group guestroom billing to provide seamless service for clients hosting events with associated guestrooms.
- Maintain complete knowledge of scheduled daily events, times/schedules, employee daily schedule/expected duties and setups for daily and future events, and daily activities of both active and non-active event spaces. Liaise as the main point of contact with group clients from turnover from the sales department through post-event review.
- Oversee on-site event logistics, coordinating with all departments as well as outside vendors to ensure group requests are executed.
- Serves as liaison with vendors by ensuring Wythe Hotel qualifications are met, processes and procedures are followed, insurance information is submitted, and quality standards are upheld.
- Weekly serviceware rental orders, including coordination of delivery, storage, and pickup. Placing specialty rental orders; lighting, furniture, service ware.
- Ensuring that competitive pricing is being obtained for all Events rentals.
- Tour Event Spaces with clients and vendors as needed.
- Weekly Kitchen / FOH sheet & packet management.
- Obtain feedback on the quality of service and products post-event follow-up.
- Invoicing & Billing: Charge group deposits when due, billing, and administration.
- Collect reviews and critical feedback from clients and present opportunities for improvements to the relevant departments.

Experience & Skills Required

Job Overview
The Data Steward plays a direct role in making Macy’s data usable, trusted, and decision-ready. This role owns the quality and clarity of data definitions in the enterprise catalog, ensuring teams can quickly find, understand, and confidently use data to drive business outcomes. Partnering closely with analytics, product, and engineering teams, the Data Steward helps turn complex data into a reliable asset that powers everyday decisions across the company.
What You Will Do
- Maintain and enhance the Enterprise Data Catalog, including domains, assets, attributes, KPIs, definitions, and relationships.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and enforce metadata standards, naming conventions, and certification workflows.
- Validate technical metadata and lineage ingested from multiple sources.
- Monitor catalog usage and provide training and support to end users.
- Partner with data owners and stewards to ensure proper data ownership and stewardship assignments.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and documentation.
- Perform data profiling and quality checks to ensure metadata accuracy and completeness.
- Define data quality checks with business stakeholders and validate implementation results.
- Support the Data Governance Architect and other governance team members as needed.
- Serve as subject matter expert for assigned data domains.
Skills You Will Need
- Data Stewardship: Applies governance principles to maintain accurate and complete metadata across enterprise systems.
- Collibra Expertise: Utilizes Collibra tools to manage data catalog assets and workflows effectively.
- Metadata Management: Ensures consistency and compliance with established standards for metadata and lineage.
- Data Quality Analysis: Conducts profiling and validation to maintain trusted data assets.
- Communication: Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and conveys technical concepts clearly.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understands data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
Who You Are
- 2 to 3 years of experience in data stewardship, governance, and metadata management.
- Skilled in Collibra with certification preferred.
- Possesses a curious mindset to build a foundational understanding of the retail business sector.
- Possesses high levels of ownership, innovation, and simplification with a strong bias for action.
- Knowledgeable about data privacy regulations and data classification practices.

The Principal, Engineer is a hands-on subject matter expert who oversees the software design of multiple system components and leads the technical implementation of key initiatives. This role thrives in fast-paced environments and requires deep expertise across diverse domains.
The Principal, Engineer demonstrates strong proficiency in Java, Python, data structures, and algorithms, actively participating in hands-on development tasks. Experience in packaged software design and implementation is also required.
Working closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Software Engineers, Principal Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Architects, the Principal, Engineer delivers high-quality software solutions while ensuring timely, budget-conscious releases.

- Engage in hands-on design and development of software systems.

Job Overview
The Senior, Security Engineer reviews, develops, and manages security solutions to reduce risk for Macy’s, Inc. This role actively engages with management to provide timely updates and clear status, enabling informed decisions related to security risk exposure and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise Akamai Edge Security operations for ecommerce / digital platforms
- Design, deploy, and tune:
- Akamai WAF (Kona / App & API Protector)
- Bot Manager (scraping, credential stuffing, inventory abuse protection)
- DDoS mitigation and rate control
- API Security protections
- Protect against OWASP Top 10 threats, credential stuffing, carding attacks, scraping, and checkout abuse
- Optimize CDN configurations for performance, scalability, and customer experience
- Analyze traffic patterns and security logs to reduce false positives and protect revenue
- Support peak retail events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, seasonal launches)
- Automate configuration management using Terraform, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
- Develop monitoring dashboards and security metrics (block rate, false positives, bot ratios, attack trends)
- Partner with:

Required Qualifications
