Role overview

We are hiring a Reconstruction Estimator to produce accurate, timely estimates that support approvals, budgets, and successful project execution. You will partner with project teams, insurance stakeholders, and property owners to align scope, pricing, and expectations.


What you will do

  • Inspect residential and commercial losses and document scope, conditions, and required repairs
  • Create detailed estimates in Xactimate (required). Symbility is a plus
  • Review drawings, specs, and code requirements to ensure compliant scope and pricing
  • Collaborate with Project and Construction Managers to confirm scope and execution plan
  • Present and negotiate scopes with insurance carriers, TPAs, and property owners
  • Track budgets, supplements, and change orders through project completion

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Current certification as Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA in state of practice
  • Specialty certification as personal trainer, exercise specialist, fitness instructor, health and fitness specialist or similar area, preferred.
  • Background in exercise and activity training with senior populations, preferred.
