Position Summary


Blue Bridge Management is seeking a motivated individual to support our company’s growth and daily operations while gaining comprehensive exposure to the real estate industry. Primary Responsibilities


Property Management and Operational Support


  • Portfolio Coordination: Support the daily management of residential and commercial assets to ensure high service standards.
  • Tenant and Owner Relations: Serve as a professional point of contact for client inquiries and relationship maintenance.
  • Administrative Oversight: Assist with the management of property data, lease documentation, and maintenance coordination.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the transition of new properties into the management portfolio, ensuring all documentation and system entries are accurate.


Business and Portfolio Development


  • Market Research: Identify and prospect new business opportunities with property owners and real estate investors.
  • Field Evaluations: Conduct on-site property evaluations to assist in the creation of management proposals.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with leadership on pricing, positioning, and service offerings to understand the firm’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities of the Practice Manager include the following:

The ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, advanced assessment skills, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient condition.

Key responsibilities include continuous patient monitoring, assessment of vital signs and oxygen levels, administration of IV fluids and medications, and timely communication with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support and adjust patient care plans. The ICU RN delivers compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining a high standard of safety and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients by performing detailed assessments, developing care plans, and implementing complex nursing interventions

- Use advanced equipment like cardiac monitors, pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and capnography devices to continuously track vital signs and physiological parameters

- Safely administer medications, intravenous fluids, and blood products with precise dosing and timing, closely monitoring patient responses to ensure effectiveness and prevent adverse reactions

- Manage life-support devices such as ventilators, dialysis machines, and cardiac monitors

- Provide emotional support and education to patients' families, acting as a liaison to ensure they understand the care being provided

- Document all aspects of patient care to ensure continuity and compliance while rigorously maintaining infection control and safety protocols to protect vulnerable patients

Qualifications:

- Current and Valid State RN License.

- Current BLS Certificate Upon Hire.

- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation with 30 Days of Hire.

- Current ACLS Certificate, 30 days upon hire.

- Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.

- One year of Acute Care Hospital experience, preferred.

- Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification, preferred.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), preferred.
