Reporting to the Field Service Engineering Supervisor this role is responsible for providing Blue Bird dealer service personnel with EV specific technical & commercial support while additionally working closely with other Blue Bird corporate personnel, including those in engineering, technical publications & training and sales supporting EV specific needs in those activities.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Provide EV product technical support to dealer and end user service personnel as requested
  • Ensure dealership management understands technician training requirements for EV product to improve repair capability, including the technical competence of their personnel
  • Develop EV powertrain related technical support publications in conjunction with the technical publications & training group
  • Provide service labor time standard development support for EV powertrain related repairs
  • Support EV powertrain training requests received from dealers
  • Engage with product development and current model engineering on EV powertrain related projects
  • Perform other related job duties


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES FOR SUCCESS



  • In-depth EV powertrain and/or infrastructure technical knowledge

Reporting to the Fleet Sales Support Manager, the Regional Fleet Onboarding Manager will be responsible for overseeing smooth integration of new drivers and vehicles into a regional fleet operation, ensuring they are properly trained, compliant with company policies, and equipped to perform their duties efficiently, including managing onboarding processes across multiple locations with a specific region.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Developing and implementing regional onboarding programs: Delivering on-site training and technical guidance to operations management, drivers, and fleet mechanics on the operation, mechanical features, and basic troubleshooting of Blue Bird products.
  • Managing onboarding logistics
  • First line of troubleshooting and resolution difficult technical problems

Reporting to the Fleet Sales Support Manager this role is responsible for providing support to the FSR by providing solutions to issues that are above & beyond the FSRs technical abilities. The Field Service Engineer will launch, manage & complete PLM design & release projects that resolves field service failures and drives product improvement change in current and future builds. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Accounting, the Corporate Accountant is responsible for performing various duties including, among others, preparing and posting monthly journal entries, general ledger account reconciliation and month end close procedures, including compliance with internal control over financial reporting.

The Business Analyst-Operations, is primarily responsible for working with the operations team to design, implement and review procedures, systems and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. The Business Analyst is responsible for proactively researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency and recommending improvements to โ€“ or new requirements for โ€“ business processes and operational procedures as related to the operations process.
