ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for managing senior searches for the US business, working closely with the US Managing Partner and Principals. You will collaborate closely with the search team, provide strategic guidance, optimize search processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and drive delivery excellence throughout.
You are an integral part of Miramar’s success in delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences. As part of the engine room for the business you will be providing insightful information, through a variety of tasks, including industry research, headhunting, candidate qualification, process management and client co-ordination.
As a Principal, you will lead client delivery with our Partners. This role requires at least 5 years of retained executive search experience ideally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This role is critical to the continued success of the US business, responsible for developing and implementing best practices for search operations, focusing on streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and delivering exceptional candidate & client experiences.
- Lead the search delivery team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure consistent high-quality delivery across all search assignments.

- Build relationships with senior candidates within selective industry specializations, building long term relationships and candidate pipelines.
- Managing client search kick-off meetings, leading the development of the search strategy, overseeing, and leading project timescales and running regular assignment update sessions with clients.
- Conduct all interviews with senior executives on assigned searches.
- Manage and support candidates through the interview process, providing them with an exceptional service and after care.
- To act as a mentor and guide to delivery team members, and a business partner to the wider organization.
- Be a ‘Miramar - best practice champion’ – driving process orientated global standards, continuously focusing on customer experience and satisfaction.
- Ensure the Invenias database is accurate and up to date at all times.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in executive search, including search delivery & operational excellence. (Ideally the successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience working at a Retained Executive Search firm).

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise our Tree Corps volunteer team
- Instruct volunteers in safe tree care practices
- Tree planting, mulching, and maintenance pruning
- Water newly planted trees (pump and water tank operation)
- Evaluate tree health and assist with tree inventory records
- Support nursery operations (repotting, watering, weeding, tree training)
- Assist with public programs, workshops, and community events
- Drive truck and trailer as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work (lifting, bending, standing for extended
- periods)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
- Experience in arboriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or related field
- Basic tree identification knowledge
- Experience supervising volunteers

Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations will be

Compensation
Hourly, non-exempt position. Pay commensurate with experience and in compliance with Rhode
Island wage laws.

Role Overview
Seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support the development of a Generative AI–powered insurance platform leveraging LLMs, automation, and advanced analytics to improve underwriting, claims, and servicing workflows.
The role works closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to translate AI-driven capabilities into scalable, business-aligned solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers to define AI-driven product features and roadmap priorities
- Translate business processes into PRDs, user stories, and functional requirements
- Identify GenAI use cases such as document summarization, intelligent Q&A, data extraction, and workflow automation
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams on model evaluation and product requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support Agile/Scrum delivery
- Present product insights and recommendations to leadership
- Support AI governance, compliance, and risk frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years in Product Strategy, Business Analysis, or Product Operations
- MBA from a US-accredited university
- Experience in the Insurance domain (P&C, Life, or Specialty)
- Strong requirements documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile product environments
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly Generative AI and LLMs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI copilots or automation platforms
- Exposure to insurance core systems and enterprise data ecosystems
