Department/Position Description:
The IT Solutions Engineering department for Distribution and Transportation is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting the technology platforms that power our supply chain operations. Our team develops and maintains warehouse management systems, transportation solutions, and integration platforms to ensure goods move efficiently and reliably through the network. By combining technical expertise with deep business knowledge, we enable automation, scalability, and resilience across distribution centers and logistics operations, ensuring that IT solutions align with business priorities and drive operational excellence. This co-op is a great opportunity to learn how IT powers large-scale supply chain operations. As part of the IT Solutions Engineering team, you'll work closely with experienced engineers who will guide you through real-world projects in warehouse and transportation systems. You'll get hands-on experience with troubleshooting, system testing, and documenting solutions, while gaining valuable insight into how technology keeps our distribution network running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Working towards a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Responsibilities
As a Safety Intern, you'll be part of a team implementing and overseeing the Project Safety Program including the development of site safety policies and procedures. You'll assist in monitoring the various construction projects activities, ensuring the compliance with pertinent government regulations, state or provincial, client, and company policies and procedures. You'll assist in establishing and monitoring safe working conditions for our most valuable assets - our people. You'll provide corrective action recommendations and assist in implementing metrics for tracking and reporting on performance issues when needed. Safety Interns will review project work plans for accuracy in conformance with all standards and assist in safety program audits, coaching and regular onsite training. You must have the ability to carry out duties in varying work environments including wide-ranging weather conditions and terrain with the ability to travel and/or relocate as required for projects.
Qualifications
* Must be pursuing a degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Safety, or a related field of study
* Knowledge of construction safety, current Federal and OSHA requirements
* Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong organizational and time management skills

Work you'll do
Throughout the course of the seven-week internship, interns are assigned to one or more client projects where they will receive mentorship and support to help their success on the engagement. How you'll grow
Each intern is assigned a mentorship team, including a counselor and onboarding advisor, to help offer guidance throughout the course of the internship. The onboarding advisor is a peer level "buddy" to help answer questions and offer insight into how to make the most of the internship experience. Additional mentors, both formal and informal, will be identified during the internship. Qualifications
Required
College Sophomores or Juniors with definitive plans to pursue a bachelor's degree in a business, accounting, economics, STEM or related field. For anticipated accounting majors, you must be CPA eligible, including that you will have the required credit hours to sit for the CPA exam, upon graduation.
Strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.0) with extracurricular activities
