CRNA Qualifications
- Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proficiency in spinals, regional anesthesia blocks, and epidurals
- Clear background and malpractice history (credentialing: 30–90 days; temporary privileges available)
CRNA Responsibilities
- Administer general anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases, including ENT for pediatrics, orthopedics, ophthalmology, and endoscopy
- Perform spinals, nerve blocks, and epidurals as needed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment (average case: 75 minutes; eye procedures: 20 minutes)
- Collaborate with the surgical and healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes
- Document procedures and patient care accurately using the HST EMR system

Overview
A solo CRNA provider is needed for PRN coverage in New Martinsville, WV. This opportunity includes a mix of endoscopy, general, orthopedic, and acute pain management cases. Providers must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals. Charting is completed in EPIC.
Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care independently across a variety of surgical specialties
- Perform spinals, blocks, and epidurals
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and obtain patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitor patient physiological condition throughout procedures
- Provide clinical interventions as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in regional techniques including spinals, blocks, and epidurals
- Experience with EPIC charting
