Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within our superalloy manufacturing business. This role supports the production of high- performance nickel- and cobalt-based alloys used in demanding industrial applications. The position is responsible for production planning, supplier management, inventory optimization, subcontractor coordination, and on-time customer delivery.



Key Responsibilities


Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and customer commitments
  • Lead integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
  • Align supply chain activities with customer forecasts and production capacity
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity constraints, long lead times, and single-source suppliers


Supplier & Subcontractor Management

  • Lead supplier performance management (quality, delivery, cost, compliance)
  • Develop dual-source and risk mitigation strategies for key suppliers
  • Partner with Quality to support supplier audits and maintain approved vendor lists
  • Ensure proper flow-down of technical and contractual requirements


Production Planning & Inventory Control

  • Oversee demand forecasting, master production scheduling, and capacity planning
  • Optimize inventory levels for high-value work-in-process and finished materials
  • Balance production cycles with customer delivery commitments
  • Improve inventory turns while maintaining service levels
  • Ensure full material traceability by heat lot and production batch


Logistics & Program Execution

  • Manage domestic and international logistics in compliance with applicable export and trade regulations
  • Coordinate delivery schedules aligned with customer production timelines
  • Provide supply chain reporting and performance updates to leadership


Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure supply chain compliance with applicable quality management systems
  • Maintain traceability documentation and certification packages
  • Support internal and external audits


Continuous Improvement

  • Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supplier processes
  • Implement and enhance ERP/MRP systems to improve visibility and planning accuracy
  • Drive KPIs including OTIF, schedule adherence, lead time reduction, and working capital optimization


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience in specialty metals, advanced manufacturing, or industrial production
  • Experience operating in a regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CSCP, CPIM)

Patient Care

Meeting Management:

Contract Logs:

  • Conduct focus meetings once per month to review the maintenance of those logs and drills down to identify potential exposures and issues

Subcontractor Relationships:

  • Establish a "Firm but Fair" approach to building relationships with Subcontractors

  • Address issues immediately with a non-performing Subcontractor to protect SCCI from resulting delay and potential impact

Do you want to be an Information Security Leader at GoDaddy? GoDaddy's Product Security group is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to join our organization. Can you solve large scale and cross-company issues, while ensuring that partnership with the development and operational communities remains in front of mind?

GoDaddy is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to apply their hands-on technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and an eagerness to design solutions to complex problems. You must be comfortable with communicating to stakeholders, performing security assessments and prioritizing security risks, creating/presenting high-quality deliverables.

What you'll get to do...

  • Identify security threats in applications and infrastructure and provide remediation mentorship to system owners.
  • Join forces with SRE and development teams to find new and creative ways to reduce the occurrence of vulnerabilities at scale.
  • Build repeatable/reusable security processes and frameworks.
  • Review quality issues and work towards detecting security flaws both obvious and discrete.
  • Assist with scoping prospective projects, participating in projects from kickoff through "definition of done" via end-to-end ownership.
  • Use your industry experience to own and drive resolution and retest complex security events, policy questions and technical security risks.

Your experience should include...

  • 7+ years of progressive security engineering experience across Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Security.
  • Skilled in Secure Development Lifecycle, Security by Design, and Shift Left methodologies.
  • Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
  • Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
  • Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

You might also have...

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • Hosting industry and/or cloud Experience.
  • Experience in hardware security.
