A Senior Materials Representative - Cycle Counting is an integral part of the Materials Operations team and overall inventory process. The Senior Material Representative will support assigned buildings inventory and cycle count as well as consolidating parts, maintaining processes and reporting results. Inventory
+ Prepare and organize area for inventory cycle counts, ensure consolidate parts, ensure FIFO inventory rotation, check receipts and scrap

+ Assist in identification and reconciliation of all inventory and cycle count variances using problem solving skills

Position Purpose:
As a Driver, Shuttle, you will play a vital role in the operation of our business by transporting empty trailers to the Operating Company warehouse locations and turn around and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations. You will be responsible for transporting loaded 28' coupled trailers (doubles) from HUB location and transporting to the home location in Leitchfield, KY. Then returning empty doubles to the HUB. Standard pre-and post-inspections and coupling/uncoupling are part of the assigned job duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Driver, Shuttle drives a tandem trailer, tractor trailer and/or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes for the purpose of transporting empty trailers to the Operating Company warehouse locations. Turns around and delivers full trailers with various products to domicile/shuttle yard locations in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed. Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately reports all safety hazards.
- Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Ensures all required route paperwork is with tractor trailer load and available to driver upon dispatch.
- Drives and delivers trailers according to predetermined route schedule.
- Performs hook/unhook procedures per safety guidelines. Parks and stores tractor trailers in designated areas.
- Ensures all equipment and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Collects and secures damaged goods and customer returns in empty trailer to bring back to driver check-in at base facility and complete necessary paperwork.
- Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.

Operate a company vehicle in a safely manner to pick up vehicles from auto auctions or private parties. Load vehicles, verifies loaded vehicles, collects paperwork, pays for the cars with company check, obtains signatures from pick-up locations confirming accuracy, and deliver vehicles to plant and any items pertaining to the load.
Essential Job Duties- Drive a company vehicle in a safe, courteous and responsible manner avoiding traffic violations and accidents.
- Follow DOT procedures.
- Pick up vehicles at auction or private party and load onto company truck.
- Secure vehicles and verify the condition of the truck and the load, gather paperwork associated with the vehicle.
- Leave plant with orders on vehicle pick up location, drive to the pick up destination and verify vehicles.
- Obtain signature at the pickup location, confirm the accuracy of vehicles shown on the order and received, and sign off verifying the integrity of the load at the location.
- Make proper notations on the regarding vehicles.
- Work carefully in such a manner as to prevent injury to yourself or damage to vehicles.

We're hiring a Load Supervisor for a structural steel operation in Phoenix. You'll oversee a small yard crew, verify outgoing loads against ship lists, and make sure every trailer leaves right — no misloads, no damage, no redeliveries.
What you'll do:
• Supervise 2 loaders in a flatbed/step-down trailer loading environment
• Verify loads against ship lists — check material specs, lengths, gauges, and configurations
• Document loads with photos and sign off on shipments (quality control function)
• Operate heavy industrial forklifts when needed
You're a fit if you have:
• Supervisory or lead experience in a yard, construction, or manufacturing setting
• Industrial forklift experience — outdoor/heavy materials preferred
• A detail-oriented mindset and accountability for load accuracy
