Reporting to the Design Director, you will play a hands-on role in developing seasonal woven collections — from concept and fabric direction through final production approval. This role centers on elevated woven tops, dresses, skirts, and tailored separates, with an emphasis on construction, fabrication, and detail-driven design.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, and global production partners to ensure each collection reflects the brand’s creative DNA while delivering commercial impact. This position offers meaningful exposure to the full design lifecycle within a fast-paced, internationally connected environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Contribute to the development of seasonal collections with a strong focus on woven categories, including blouses, dresses, skirts, tailored separates, and lightweight outerwear. · Translate creative direction into production-ready CADs, detailed tech packs, and woven specification packages, ensuring clarity across construction, fabrication, and finishing details. · Partner with the Design Director to support silhouette development, proportion refinement, and woven category expansion, balancing structure and fluidity within the collection. · Conduct and lead woven fabric research, identifying elevated cottons, poplins, twills, weaves,

printed yardage, specialty trims, and wash techniques that drive seasonal product direction. · Collaborate closely with Technical Design during fit sessions and construction reviews to ensure precision in seam finishes, closures, drape, and overall garment integrity. · Work cross-functionally with Sourcing and Production to validate fabric feasibility, costing, and development timelines across global vendors. · Support the evolution of seasonal color stories, print concepts, and fabric narratives that align with Scotch & Soda’s contemporary aesthetic. · Maintain organized seasonal documentation and digital archives, ensuring smooth workflow from proto through final production. · Manage multiple woven categories within the seasonal calendar, balancing creative exploration with commercial execution. · Leverage advanced AI-driven design tools, including Straight Lines AI, to support concept development, category exploration, and workflow optimization. Qualifications & Skills

The Process Engineer – Coatings/Finishing is responsible for orchestrating the design, staging, execution, documentation, and analysis of lab tests and technical demonstrations of Binks finishing and sealants products. This customer-facing position will play a crucial role in helping craft tailored solutions for in-plant coatings and dispensing applications and curing processes across a wide range of manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Continually build expertise in Binks product and equipment offering
• Interface with key cross functional parties including Sales, Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing and Product Management
• Work with Sales and Engineering to translate specific customer requirements to key process parameters
• Provide technical input on feasibility, risks, and optimization opportunities
• Design tests and demonstrations by selecting product to match application or curing needs, and refine parameters throughout the process
• Coordinate, set up, and run tests and demonstrations in an applications lab setting
• Evaluate test and demonstration performance based on technical analysis
• Document and communicate test and demonstration results to relevant parties, and identify potential issues, questions, or challenges that arise during testing/demonstration
• Provide support in presale meetings, equipment startups, process tuning, and general system troubleshooting as needed
• Research, order, receive, record, and manage required lab equipment, materials and other consumables
• Perform general lab 5S and equipment maintenance responsibilities for the Shoreview lab facility
• Comply with company policies, ISO standards, environmental and safety laws
• Perform other related duties as required

• Five or more years' experience in the operations or maintenance of automated industrial equipment highly desirable
• Firsthand experience with automation/robotics required
• Familiarity and experience with Fanuc robots a distinct advantage
• Experience in spray application of liquid or powder coatings preferred

Now we’re scaling fast and we need a HUNGRY Jr. Sales Manager who lives for the chase and refuses to take “we’ll think about it” for an answer. This is not a cushy corporate gig. This is a rocket-ship role for someone who gets a rush from turning a cold lead into a six-figure wholesale account.

• Hunt daily: generate your own leads (Instagram DMs, store visits, competitor research, whatever it takes)
• Cold call, cold email, cold walk-in – you smile when people say they hate cold outreach because you know you’re about to change their mind
• Warm up relationships like a pro: send personalized video lookbooks, teaser samples, and irresistible storytelling that makes buyers feel like they’re missing out if they don’t stock Strawberry Paris

• 1–3 years sales experience (fashion wholesale is a huge plus, but raw hunger beats years of experience)
• You’re persuasive, polished, and a little ruthless when it comes to closing
• Rejection is just foreplay to your next “yes”
• You already know the difference between Shopbop and Ssense, and you have opinions about which boutiques are sleeping on the boho revival
• Fearless on the phone and magnetic in person
• Comfortable on camera – you’ll be filming quick iPhone videos showcasing the collection and sending them straight to buyers
• Willing to travel (trade shows, store visits, Paris trips)
• Bonus: you speak French, you live for the thrill of the deal, and you look killer in a flowy Strawberry Paris dress or embroidered blouse

• Base salary $55K–$70k (depending on experience) + uncapped commission (high top performers should clear six figures in year one)
• Strawberry Paris takes 15% of the net profit per year and distributes it to bonuses.

Design Assistant

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Design Assistant, Women's Blouses to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential support to our design process, from initial sketches to final production. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our private label accounts and see your work come to life.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and Create: Contribute to the design process by sketching in Illustrator and developing detailed tech packs and specs.
• Manage Samples: Be responsible for the day-to-day organization and tracking of all samples, including proto check-ins. You will also prepare samples for presentations by steaming and hanging them.
• Support the Design Process: Create and update presentation boards. Manage PLM entry for development and production styles.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a key liaison with our production department and assist with the organization of trims, artwork, and other design-related materials.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Skills: You have strong proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM. You have a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
