Responsibilities
- Defend clients in insurance defense litigation.
- Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Participate in trial preparation and potentially act as first or second chair at trial.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
