RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Brooksource Recruiter, you will build out talent networks of long-lasting, personal, and professional relationships with potential consultants. - Collaborate with our sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs
- Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations

- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
