• Receive, open, and inspect incoming shipments of watches, jewelry, and handbags.
• Verify shipment contents against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Photograph merchandise items accurately for inventory, records, and internal systems.
• Enter, update, and maintain inventory data in company systems.
• Tag, label, organize, and securely store inventory,
• Assist with inventory transfers between locations and vendors.
• Support periodic inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damage, or missing items.
• Maintain organized inventory storage areas and ensure proper handling of high-value items.
• Administrative support: answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries appropriately.
• Greet clients who enter Wrist Aficionado's boutique as receptionist.
• Offer and serve refreshments to clients during merchandise presentations.
• Assist Sales Associates during merchandise presentations.
• Assist with ordering watch straps.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2-3 years of experience in inventory management in a luxury retail setting (especially for a retailer who sells timepieces and/or fine jewelry)
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented

What You’ll Do

• Independently create all of Wrist Aficionado's shipping labels (for external shipments to clients and for internal shipments to our boutiques). Purchase shipping insurance according to the value of the shipment. Shipping labels are primarily created through FedEx, Ferrari Express, Malca-Amit, and USPS.
• Carefully prepare and pack all shipments that are sent from Wrist Aficionado's boutique in New York City, ensuring that all packaging meets our brand standards. Record outgoing shipments in Slack.
• Manage and monitor Slack channels to track sold and returned items, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Handle Hermes handbag operations across all three boutiques: inspect condition, photograph, and list products on Jewels Aficionado's website.
• As needed: accept and process new inventory, confirming item details and updating internal systems.
• As needed: coordinate and facilitate watch repairs, communicating with repair vendors and tracking service timelines.

What You Bring to the Table

Constellation is seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become a licensed Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) supporting Nine Mile Point Generating Station located in Oswego, NY.

The primary purpose of this position is to train and prepare to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor who holds a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO)License. Upon completion of training the candidate will be fully licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to supervise the licensed activities of licensed reactor operators in the reactor control room. They will also be trained to directly supervise bargaining unit reactor operators and equipment operators generally.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) which includes classroom training and examination, along with on-the-job training and evaluation.
• Successfully complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license in order to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Meet or exceed one of the following:
  • 1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5-years at a noncomparable facility. Comparable is Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) to PWR or Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) to BWR and noncomparable is PWR to BWR or BWR to PWR.
  • 1.5-years or more in a position equivalent to Reactor Operator (or Supervisor) at military reactor (i.e., Power Plant Watch Engineer, Engineering Watch Supervisor, Reactor Operator, Engineering Officer of the Watch, Propulsion Plant Watch Supervisor). Must have 1.5-years after qualification.
  • Degree from a 4-year program or equivalent in engineering, engineering technology or physical sciences, or professional engineer license, and more than 1.5-years as a qualified non-licensed operator or a supervisor or manager in work control, operations, engineering, outage management, maintenance, radiation protection, chemistry, or accredited training at a comparable (BWR or PWR) facility. Managerial, staff engineer, or supervisor experience at noncomparable plant may be credited on a 1.5:1.0 basis (i.e., over 2.25-years required for noncomparable facility), and 3-years required for a nontraditional degree.
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Captain is to be responsible for managing our vessels, vessel personnel, and all barges in tow. Captains are responsible for crew members’ safety and their well-being while on our vessel. Captains must adhere to all United States Coast Guard regulations and company policies.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Captains are expected to navigate the vessel in a safe manner and ensure safety rules are followed by everyone.
• Captains will manage the daily efficiency of the vessel, along with the maintenance and upkeep of the vessel.
• Directs and coordinates barge and towing operations, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental protocols and industry regulations.
• Responsible for supervising safe and efficient operation and performance of crew, vessel and tow and for ensuring that the equipment is kept neat and in good working order.
• Ensures that Company policies and protocols are followed; report all violations of policies, or violations of Maritime Federal or State regulations to Marine Operations Manager.
• Routine maintenance and operation of all machinery aboard the vessel, or tow.
• Manages crews, reporting anticipated crew shortages; directs crew in daily operations, providing training.
• Sets the watch standing schedule for their crew, ensuring that no licensed wheelman works more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period.
• Reports Boat Position; barges with cargo; time and location of exchange of barges; estimated time of arrival/departure; report delay time, place and cause; quality of fuel aboard and received, and any other pertinent information.
• Maintains the Vessel Daily Log and see that it is updated at the end of each 6 hour watch by themselves or their relief.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Required Work Experience: 5-10 years’ experience operating Towing vessels, and moving barges in our working area 2 years’ experience supervising a tow boat crew

Required Training/Certifications: Captains must hold a Master of Towing / Mate of Towing Vessels or Master of 200 gross tons or more with towing vessels endorsement license issued by the United States Coast Guard, with a radar observer endorsement.

Travel Requirements: Must be able to work 15 days on, 7 days off; stands watch for 12 hours each day, divided in to six hour shifts.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Demonstrable knowledge of local waterways and regulations
• Experience with electronic navigation systems and associated technology
• Ability to live in close quarters
• Demonstrable understanding of vessel maintenance, cargo handling equipment and operational procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure, in changing conditions
• Required to walk on irregular surfaces that may be muddy and in reduced lighting conditions on barges; walk up and down several flights of stairs, 2-3 times per day.
• Required to sit, and or stand for up to six hours while on watch and operating the vessel.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry at least 50lbs.
• Per the requirements of the US Coast Guard, all licensed Captains take, and pass and physical every five years to renew their license.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
