Berliner Cohen's San Jose Employment Department is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 + years of labor law and employment litigation experience.
The ideal applicant desires to be a zealous advocate, has counseled clients and litigated wage and hour cases, class action cases, and employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California. Familiarity with administrative charges, and be familiar with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training, and managing pre-litigation disputes.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Weeks Medical Center, part of North Country Healthcare. This is an opportunity to join our team in a rural community in northern New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages (or adults) in a close-knit, underserved community. Rural medicine allows the delivery of high-quality primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management, to participate in community health initiatives, and promote wellness education.
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive medical care including physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans; develop personalized health plans for patients
- Manage long-term treatment plans for patients with chronic illness, ensuring regular follow-ups and monitoring; manage acute care and chronic medical conditions and commodities.
- Offer preventative care services such as immunizations, screenings (e.g., cancer, cholesterol, blood pressure), and well-ness check-ups. Order diagnostic testing as appropriate; follow-up with patients on test results, treatments, and overall care plans.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with best practices and patient needs; work closely with patients to adjust medications and treatment strategies as needed.

In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care teams in diagnosis and treatment of conditions requiring intervention in emergency environment as a member of the Department of Emergency Medicine.

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant shall work in collaboration with the practice providers and offer Primary Care for Family Medicine patients. Education, Licensure, and Certifications
NP: Completion of a master's, post-master's, or doctorate from a nurse practitioner program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate of Nursing Education (CCNE) or the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). Current certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or an equivalent body is required.
PA: Completion of an Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) approved program (prior to January 2001 ? Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs). Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is required.

RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST JOB DESCRIPTION:
Radiology Technologists will demonstrate progressive knowledge and sense of responsibility in the daily operations of the radiology department.
They operate a variety of x-ray equipment to perform routine radiographs and fluoroscopic procedures according to established practices under the direction of a radiologist, supervisor, and lead technologists.
Our Xray Techs assist in the clinical instruction of radiography students and other personnel as needed.
Radiologic Technologists may be required to work a variety of shifts, at multiple campuses, weekends, holidays, and take call on a rotational basis.
RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

The Women and Children’s Unit consists of 4 LDRP suites with labor tubs, 6 additional inpatient rooms, 3 observation rooms and a fully equipped Operating Room.
