We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting internally developed software solutions that power our business. The DevOps Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining a secure, scalable, and stable infrastructure that supports the development, testing, deployment, and operation of internal and externally accessed software solutions. The Paving Superintendent provides overall project support and leadership to all team members and subcontractors. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality, adhering to all specifications and company standards.
Responsibilities:

- Address team member issues by suspending employees if necessary, in consultation with the Operations Manager. All terminations are handled by Senior Management.
- Monitor and support all Foreman responsibilities.
- Verify subcontractor work hours and ensure sign-in/out sheets are completed legibly.
- Conduct daily project inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and all cleanup is completed.
- Report all accidents and incidents immediately to the supervisor and Safety Department.
- Communicate with Quality Control and review reports to ensure data accuracy and alignment with project measurements. Track yields, density, slope, and straight edge compliance.
- Submit daily schedule requests to Dispatch (cc Plant Manager, Operations Manager, QC Manager, and Operations Coordinator) by 10 AM for day shifts and at the end of the shift for night work.
- Send the weekly schedule to the Operations Coordinator (cc Operations Manager and Dispatch) every Thursday by 10 AM.
- Attend weekly Operations Meetings and prepare in advance for special project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Minimum of five years of paving experience.

Position Summary:
The Trucking Foreman provides direct oversight and coordination of trucking operations to support paving, milling, grading, and heavy civil construction projects. This position ensures trucks are dispatched, loaded, and cycled safely and efficiently to maintain production goals while upholding our Number One Core Value
Responsibilities:

The Cato Corporation is seeking a Stylist to join our Photo Studio team!
JOB SUMMARY: The Photo Studio Stylist is responsible for styling fashion apparel and accessories on model as well as still life product shots for ecommerce photography. This role works directly with professional models and a collaborative studio team to bring the brandโs visual identity to life through elevated, trend-right imagery.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Style apparel and accessories on live fashion models, ensuring flattering fit and brand-appropriate presentation.
- Collaborate with models to achieve natural, aspirational looks that enhance the product features and align with brand standards.
- Execute accessory and prop styling to complement on-model looks and elevate visual storytelling.
- Execute still-life styling across a wide range of categories including accessories, footwear, handbags, and jewelry.
- Prep and organize product samples, maintaining accuracy in labeling and tracking throughout the styling process.
- Work closely with photographers to ensure each shot reflects the desired styling direction and maintains consistency.
- Stay current on fashion trends, styling techniques, and competitor imagery to ensure fresh, relevant visual output.
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of detailed styling guides and reference materials.
- Partner daily with the Photographer, Digital Tech, Hair & Make-Up Artist, and Director to meet all deadlines.
- Lead or contribute to special styling-related projects as assigned

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position is responsible for the daily operations of a fabrication facility, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. In addition, this position will lead the development and implementation strategic future growth strategic plans including the facilityโs lean transformation. The successful candidate will lead the Fabrication Plant Team in the development of operational plans based upon corporate vision and goals, to achieve all operational objectives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & People (SQDCP). Key responsibilities include personnel management, production planning, quality assurance, and budget management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews and approves adequate plans for the control of planned outputs, budget spending, labor efficiency
- Reviews performance against operating plans and standards. Provides reports to subordinates on interpretation of results and approves changes in direction of plans.
- Responsible to prepare all SQDCP progress measures and activities in format readily available to review with executive leadership team
- Develops roll out plans of corporate operations policy within the manufacturing departments.
- Defines and recommends objectives in each area of responsibility. Develops specific short-term and long-term plans and programs, together with supporting budget requests and financial estimates.
- Reviews and approves cost control reports, cost estimates, and staffing plans.
- Coordinates and collaborates as needed, with other Blue Bird business areas of the corporation in establishing and carrying out responsibilities.
- Reviews and approves the setting of budgets throughout the fabrication business.
- Develops plans for new areas of technology for the Fabrication manufacturing functions along with sufficient planning for areas that support the mission of the Corporation within Operations.
- Reviews and approves the implementation of manufacturing and organizational plans that support the Operations Master Plan.
- Establishes objectives and procedures governing the performance of assigned activities. Issues specific annual objectives to direct team and reviews objectives of the Operations management.
- Selects and maintains qualified personnel in all positions reporting directly to the Fabrication Plant Manager.
- Directs, monitors, and appraises the performance of facility and provides the necessary coordination between activities.
- Identifies training needs, initiates development of teams and team members, recommends effective personnel action.
- Maintains appropriate communications within area of responsibility.
- Keeps employees informed as to company/department plans and progress.
- Coordinates activities as needed with those of other company organizations. Seeks mutual agreement on problems involving coordination.
- Consults with all segments of management responsible for policy or action. Ensures compliance within area of responsibility.
- Reviews and endorses or revises budget proposals received from direct reports. Submits budgets for assigned activities in accordance with the budget procedure. Approves budget expenses up to authorized dollar amounts.
