This role ensures accurate budgeting, thorough constructability reviews, and strategic value engineering across process piping, HVAC, plumbing, and related mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate is both technically strong and collaborative, with the ability to guide preconstruction efforts that result in cost-effective, high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed mechanical estimates and budgets for commercial and industrial projects.
  • Review mechanical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and constructability.
  • Collaborate with design teams, owners, and trade partners to optimize scope, cost, and schedule.

  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Accubid estimating software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, growth-oriented organization known for delivering integrated construction and facility solutions with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term client partnerships.
