The Role

We are looking to hire a disciplined, self starter to manage and grow these territories. This is a dual-responsibility role focusing on High-Volume Sales and On-Site Project Coordination. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycleβ€”from initial lead contact to the final inspectionβ€”while serving as the primary point of communication for the homeowner.


  • Lead Management: Respond to and vet "hot leads" generated through the Lowe’s pipeline. You are responsible for setting the initial appointment and conducting the site assessment.


  • Lowe's Store Engagement: Lowe's provides us with leads, and we need to partner with the stores to provide their associates with the information they need to generate quality instead of quantity.


  • Business Development: Actively generate additional revenue through local networking, community engagement, and direct-to-home canvassing in targeted expansion zones.


  • Inspections & Estimating: Utilize company-provided software and physical inspections (including ladder assists) to document roof damage and provide accurate estimates.


  • Project Management: While a production team handles the labor, the Sales Associate is required to be on-site on the day of installation to manage customer expectations and provide quality control.


  • Administrative Diligence: Maintain accurate records within the company CRM to ensure seamless communication between the customer, the Lowe’s portal, and our production office.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in a sales-driven environment or a background in entrepreneurship.


  • Self-Management: Must be a self-starter capable of managing a high-volume calendar without daily on-site supervision.


  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and utilize roofing-specific software, measurement tools, and CRM platforms.


  • Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting a ladder and visiting job sites.

  • Uncapped Commission: 100% commission-based structure with high earning potential based on volume and margin.

Role Description
