Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support including heavy calendar management for CoβFounders and select executives Coordinate endβtoβend interview logistics including scheduling, onsite hosting, debriefs, and assignment tracking Support employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience from offer to first week Oversee all office operations including vendor coordination, stocking supplies and snacks, managing deliveries, and maintaining a productive workspace Own office culture initiatives including monthly teamβbonding events, offsite planning, swag ordering, gifting, and celebrations Assist with setup and troubleshooting of office technology including TVs, phones, and conference room systems Coordinate travel for sales, marketing, and leadership teams as needed Manage operational research, scheduling conflicts, and companyβwide meeting coordination (All Hands, team meetings, etc.) Draft and support external communications including outreach to prospects, partners, and candidates Prepare expense reports, assist with travel documentation, and support operational followβthrough across teams Qualifications: 5+ years of experience supporting executives or leadership teams; startup or tech experience strongly preferred Strong communication skills with excellent written English; experience drafting externalβfacing correspondence Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent timeβmanagement skills Ability to work autonomously and anticipate needs in a fastβpaced, constantly shifting environment Experience supporting recruiting logistics, office management, or event coordination Comfortable interacting with clients, partners, candidates, and senior leaders Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and productivity tools Compensation/Benefits: Up to $90K-$120K base salary + meaningful equity Comprehensive medical benefits Generous PTO package Occasional fully remote weeks based on company needs Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.

Our client, a financial services start up is looking to hire a Part-Time Temp Investor Relations Admin to support the Head of Investor Relations.
The position is remote to start, Monday
- Friday , 11am-3pm.
The temp duration is 5 months + with potential to extend/convert.
The role will provide administrative, operational, and communications support to ensure the smooth functioning of our investor relations activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, techβsavvy, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Manage the Head of Investor Relations' calendar, including scheduling investor calls, internal meetings, and crossβfunctional checkβins.
Organize and maintain investor files, data rooms, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
Assist with preparing meeting agendas, followβups, and actionβitem tracking.
Support the coordination of investor onboarding processes and documentation workflows Draft, proofread, and format investor facing materials such as email updates, meeting summaries, and presentation decks.
Help maintain CRM records, ensuring investor information is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative in investor relations / finance experience (preferably alternative asset management) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom and CRM tools Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting needs in a startup environment.
