Responsibilities:
- Installs, repairs, adjusts, maintains, retrofits, and troubleshoots refrigerant controls, compressors, heat pumps, split systems, ductless splits, packaged units, electric motors, motor controls, commercial furnaces and related controls, water pumps, exhaust fans, unit heaters, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, sizes of air compressors and air dryers, and related accessories and controls, chillers, (reciprocating, screw and centrifugal), cooling towers, automation control systems, and all types of glycol systems.
- Maintains accurate and up to date records and logs of all work performed.
- Makes recommendations for improvements, modifications, upgrades and report findings to supervisor on a timely basis.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in most aspects of HVAC function. Good verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex HVAC issues with customers in a way they understand. Good judgment, decision making and problem solving skills.
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent. Vocational training preferred.
License or Certification:
Valid driver's license. Gas Fitter 1 license required in applicable states. CFC recovery certification required in applicable states. Canada: Trade license or equivalent depending on trade.
Experience:
Typically requires 2-4 years of HVAC experience. Refrigeration experience preferred.
Equivalency:
Directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the above requirements.

Job Summary and QualificationsThis role will float to Cath Lab, EP Lab, OR, Pre-Op and PACU. As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for performing patient assessments, developing a plan of care, and implementing and evaluating care. As a member of the interdisciplinary care team, you will work collaboratively with the other members to assure the safe and accurate delivery of care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to float to the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit, Emergency Department, CVICU, Cath Lab Prep/Recovery, and other units as assigned based of competencies.
You will formulate a plan of care, revise the plan based on the patient's response to treatment and regularly evaluate plan for effectiveness
You will consult and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop, evaluate and revise the plan of care to meet the patient's needs and goals
You will administer medications and complete treatments according to hospital policy
You will delegate work appropriately to non-licensed staff in accordance with standards of practice
You will provide pre- and post-operative patient care
You will provide education materials to patients and families on care and treatments

Training of Team Members to perform essential job functions, as necessary Maintaining cleanliness standards in restrooms, midways and restaurant/patio locations and ensuring Guest Satisfaction.
Sweeping/picking up trash and emptying trash cans throughout the Park.
Monitoring trashcan and bench locations and moving to proper location when necessary.
Writing a detailed daily duty reports for the purposes of communicating with other Area Supervisors.
Completing performance evaluations of Unit Supervisors and Team Members as assigned.
Assisting with Unit/Area Supervisor promotion programs as necessary.
Representing the Park Services Department in a professional manner at all times.
Being able to react quickly to any unusual or emergency situations in a calm and safe manner.
Completing other tasks as assigned.
Being flexible and willing to work in different Areas of the Park as necessary.
