We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Executive Chef who knows how to lead from the front, deliver consistency, and build high-performing kitchen teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee all back-of-house operations in a very high-volume kitchen
- Lead, train, and develop a large culinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality food
- Drive food quality, execution, and speed of service across all dayparts
- Manage food cost, labor, and inventory with a strong focus on profitability
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with senior leadership on menu execution, systems, and operational improvements
- Build strong kitchen systems, structure, and accountability across the team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Executive Chef experienced in high-volume operations
- Background in corporate, large-scale environments
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, COGS, labor management)
- A hands-on leader – you’ll be in the kitchen!
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for consistency, efficiency, and delivering quality at scale
