As the Scheduling Specialist you will managing patient referrals and visit schedules. Assigns patient assessments and other visits as ordered by the physician using an online scheduling system. Collaborate with the Team Leader to identify clinicians with the appropriate experience and skill set to match patient needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilizes an automated scheduling system to maintain a calendar of services for both episodic and per visit customers
• Processes workflow for requested scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, declined, and delivered visits
• Monitors pending referrals daily and assigns licensed professional and case manager for all start of care visits
• Communicates daily with field staff regarding any visits unaddressed in late, pending, or incomplete status for resolution as appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of scheduling experience in a health care setting using an online scheduling system
• Exceptional organizational, customer service, communication, and decision-making skills
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing OASIS visits, supervisory, and reassessment visits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Acts as a technical resource for Scheduling within the Global Project Methodology (GPM) or Global Turnaround Methodology (GTM) work processes. Supports establishment of overall schedule baseline and reporting to monitor and control the project within established baseline tolerances. Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controls Specialist with expertise in Scheduling to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Primavera P6 and a strong background in electric utilities projects. This role is critical to ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects/programs in maintaining best practices and operational excellence. The position requires the candidate to co-locate with the team in the Seattle Municipal Tower, three days a week, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather input and validate schedule accuracy.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Provide comprehensive scheduling analysis, including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and earned value management.
• Support the team in implementing and maintaining project controls processes, tools, and templates.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, schedule performance, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Utilize expertise in electric utilities projects to address unique challenges and requirements within the sector.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, with a focus on electric utilities projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of project controls methodologies, including earned value management, risk analysis, and cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of electric utility industry standards, regulations, and best practices is highly preferred.
• PMP, PMI-SP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
