The Overnight Custodian / Cleaner will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

The duties and responsibilities of the Overnight Custodian / Cleaner include:

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
• Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.
• Properly dispose of trash and maintain the trash cans.
• Clean/dust items high off the ground (i.e., ceiling fans, TVs, rafters)
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
• Follow \"Lost and Found Policy\" and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.

The qualifications and requirements for the Overnight Custodian / Cleaner include:

• Custodial experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Ability to work overnights.
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred.

The Overnight Member Services Representative will greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed. Handle all front desk related activities including:

• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members into the system.
• New member sign-up.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts.
• Close shift for that business day.
• Create a bank deposit for next day.

Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

• Cleaning and sanitizing of all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities.
• Ensuring restrooms are clean and sanitized, stocked and clutter-free by following the routine cleaning schedule.
• Perform a comprehensive walk of all club areas; quickly fix any safety/policy issues and address cleanliness concerns.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude!
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Ability to work overnights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Think Academy's daily operations including:
  • Create and manage calendars, schedules, and rosters
  • Assist with the organization and set up for events and activities
  • Provide supreme customer service to visitors, parents, and students
  • Answer phone calls from parents or address concerns, inquiries from parents in-person
  • Oversee and assist as needed while classes are in session
• Maintain and organize the campus facility, equipment, and classroom to a high standard
• Communicate regularly with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on related matters
• Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and teamwork among students and staff
• Support teachers and staff in maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment
• Assist in student enrollment process and other academic administration activities
• Assist with other projects and perform other duties as needed
• Retain most up to date knowledge of Think Academy activities, programs, and events
• Mandarin Speaking is required

Qualifications
