BayCare is seeking an experienced OB/GYN to help launch and lead a new outpatient practice while supporting the expansion of our OB/GYN Residency Program at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital. BayCare Medical Group  is a physician-led medical group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our multidisciplinary team at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida . The ideal candidate will manage complex GI, hepatobiliary, and nutritional disorders in children—from infancy through adolescence—across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings

The details of the position include:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric GI conditions, including IBS, IBD, celiac disease, reflux, hepatology, nutritional disorders, and motility issues.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures: upper/lower GI endoscopy, polypectomy, foreign body removal, liver biopsies, G-tube placements, motility studies.
• Provide comprehensive inpatient consultation and manage ambulatory clinics in both main and satellite locations.
• Collaborate with dietitians, surgeons, psychologists, hepatologists, primary care providers, and allied health professionals.
• Engage in education—mentoring pediatric residents.
• Provide on-call coverage 1:3 for emergencies, including foreign body ingestion, GI bleeding, and liver crises.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with documentation, billing, and regulatory standards.

BayCare Health System's Saint Joseph Children's Hospital (SJCH) in Tampa, Florida is seeking a full-time Pediatric Critical Care Physician to work in our Medical/Surgical Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). This state-of-the-art, 16-bed unit is staffed by a dedicated team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers who deliver high-quality care to critically ill children from infancy through adolescence.

We are seeking a candidate who is board certified or board eligible Pediatric Intensivist for competitive compensation commensurate with level of experience.

The Pediatric Critical Care Physician will be full-time in Tampa, report to the local unit Director, and be hired by the collaborating UPMC Children's Hospital Pittsburgh, UPMC (CHP). The candidate must meet the standard qualifications for hire by CHP/University of Pittsburgh Physicians. The CHP Pediatric Critical Care Division's clinical and administrative resources are available as part of the collaboration between CHP and SJCH.
