The Account Processing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Account Processing Department within a community bank environment. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of deposit account documentation, regulatory compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and team leadership. The Manager exercises a broad range of decision-making authority, supports strategic initiatives, and partners closely with senior management to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Oversight

• Oversee maintenance of existing accounts, including but not limited to title changes, product type changes, account status changes, address updates, overdraft links, combined statement, confidential accounts, employee, officer and director accounts, opt in and opt out to Reg E, deceased customers, and legal documentation.
• Ensure all account processing tasks are completed accurately and timely in accordance with the Account Matrix.
• Supervise daily Online Account Opening processing.
• Monitor the Online Account Opening for fraudulent activity and escalate as necessary.
• Responsible for quality control and creating District Exceptions for all branches and business units.
• Monitor Document Management queues and recommend or submit software updates as needed.
• Ensure all deposit account documentation is scanned into the FCM system timely and accurately.
• Coordinate weekly schedules to ensure balanced workload distribution and daily task completion.
• Oversee the processing of CD interest checks and IRA distributions.
• Handle escalated operational and balancing issues, including out-of-balance conditions.
• Review and approve internal DDA and GL accounts.
• Monitor daily Cold+ reports and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Review and prepare daily and monthly reconciliations for upper management and Finance.
• Train other business units on CD and IRA processing.
• Oversee robot implementation with the RPA team.
• Oversee the UIR-Unposted transactions for CD and IRA are processed timely and accurately.
• Oversee the interest rate exceptions and approvals.
• Calculate, approve and process interest adjustments.
• Review and approve OTE’s for staff.
• Process correspondence on a daily basis.

Compliance, Risk & Regulatory Management

• Ensure full compliance with all federal and state banking regulations.
• Oversee processing of IRS C-Notices, B-Notices, Non-Resident Alien Recertifications, and Beneficial Ownership requirements.
• Ensure CD and IRA accounts are maintained in compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop CD and IRA training materials for new or changed regulations.
• Conduct a CD and IRA training session for the branches.
• Oversee processing of IRA distributions, contributions, transfers, rollovers, beneficiary updates, and interest adjustments.
• Ensure all federal and state reporting is completed accurately and timely.
• Resolve year-end tax reporting issues.
• Assist with state abandoned property processing.
• Maintain strong audit results and satisfactory or better audit ratings.
• Coordinate compliance training as regulations change.
• Make risk-based decisions to decline accounts to mitigate fraud and losses.
• Quickly report fraud cases to the Fraud Recovery Team.

Legal & Research Processing

• Escalate non-routine legal matters appropriately.
• Collaborate with legal on complex documentation

Strategic Planning & Process Improvement

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve departmental productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Create, maintain, and update policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and improve business processes to enhance operational effectiveness and budget management.
• Participate in department initiatives and special projects.
• Support senior management with bank acquisitions, product launches, and system implementations.
• Coordinate Disaster Recovery and Pandemic testing for the department.
• Assist in implementation of new projects and acquisitions.

Team Leadership & Development

• Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and training to develop staff toward departmental goals.

In this position, the employee is responsible for processing yogurt bases. Perform CIPs and periodic equipment cleaning to ensure the highest quality standards. Receive, test, and separate raw milk, then enter test results and milk load data into SAP. Perform all raw CIPs and cleaning tasks as needed to support departmental requirements while maintaining quality standards. Additionally, perform all pasteurizer operator functions and the other duties listed below.

The Processing Supervisor will be responsible for maximizing productivity and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by managing and directing processing employees on assigned shifts. Key duties will include planning and overseeing daily tasks, resolving operational roadblocks and employee concerns, and strictly enforcing all safety and quality protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies. This position will drive operational excellence by adhering to Continuous Improvement (CI) processes and the Management Operating Structure (MOS), requiring collaboration with other departments. The role will report to the Processing Manager.

• Provide direction, leadership, and development for direct reports, including training, coaching, performance management, and handling employee relations issues.

• Monitor the flow and discharge of wastewater and ensure that all preventative maintenance (PMs) for processing machinery are completed on schedule.
• Execute quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products.
• Review and approval of time records of all staff assigned (if applicable). Will be required to explain variances in hours worked, productivity and any other function responsible for.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Processing employees on their assigned shift in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. The Utilities and Processing Manager is responsible for leading the performance, reliability, and compliance of all plant utility, environmental, and milk processing systems. This role oversees cross-functional maintenance teams, drives energy-efficiency and sustainability initiatives, and manages complex capital and operational projects from planning through execution. The manager ensures utility operations-including HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, glycol, electrical distribution, and wastewater systems-are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulatory and corporate standards. In addition, the role provides technical leadership for milk processing systems, ensuring consistent product quality, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement. This position collaborates closely with internal teams, contractors, and external regulatory partners to support operational excellence, long-term asset health, and site-wide performance goals.

Project Management:

Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Serve as a point of contact for all project personnel, (contractors, internal support resources, etc.), to ensure teams remain in synergy. Communicate with internal and external business partners to keep the project aligned with their goals and targets. Performing quality control on the project throughout execution to maintain the standards expected. Adjust project schedules, targets, milestones, project financing, and escalations as needed.

Plant Utility Systems:

Drive plant utility efficiencies to positively impact energy savings in line with Sustainable Environmental goals. Supervise and manage the Utilities Maintenance Department to provide technical oversight for utility systems including HVAC, ammonia refrigeration, boilers, air compressors, glycol systems, and electrical distribution. Lead energy conservation efforts, manage plant utility projects, and partner with other business partners to ensure compliance with plant standards for all non-utility related projects.

Environmental Systems:

Provide technical assistance and oversight for the Industrial Pretreatment Facility, (WWTP), as well as all other Plant Utility Environmental Compliance. Oversee the execution of all environmental contracts, audits, and submit regulatory documents to ensure compliance. Manage 3rd party environmental contractors and align with corporate sustainability manager(s) for corporate sustainability initiatives.

Milk Processing Systems:

Directly manage the Maintenance resources for all Milk Processing systems. Establish mid- and long-term preventative maintenance plans to ensure the reliability of these systems. Including, but not limited to Raw incoming milk, Ingredient batching, Pasteurization, and CIP systems. Adhere to all Quality and PMO standards. Partner with Internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to successfully execute continuous improvements and reliability initiatives.

• Oversee and execute Utility and Processing project(s) development, execution, and project and Maintenance budgets.

The Anatomic Pathology Core Lab is looking for a Lab Processing Assistant to join their team. The Histology Laboratory processes over 400,000 paraffin-embedded blocks and 1,500,00 slides per year. Specimens handled in this laboratory include surgical, autopsy, and research material. The laboratory takes pride in contributing to the accurate diagnosis of the patient and the expansion of scientific knowledge through the services it offers both pathologists, and research investigators.

As an LPA you will be an integral part of the laboratory team, and your responsibilities will include:

• Actively partnering with team members by fostering an inclusive work environment and respecting others with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives Performing pre-analytic specimen processing
• Operating a variety of laboratory and office equipment
• Entering information and test orders into the laboratory computer system
• Responding to a high volume of phone calls seeking laboratory testing information
• Ensuring correct patient identification on specimens
• Documentation and resolution of pre-analytic specimen-related issues
• Potentially performing complex reagent preparation
• Managing work unit supply inventory
• Operations automated systems
• Providing training to others

*Individuals hired to this position will be required to complete 2 years in this position before becoming eligible to apply to other positions within Mayo Clinic.*

An associate degree or a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of work experience including clinical laboratory and/or other relevant experience.

Additional Qualifications

• Associate degree in a health or science field preferred.
• Previous experience or knowledge of computers and keyboarding, telephone operations and other office equipment desired.
• Ability to accurately read specimen labels and work with numbers to prevent mislabeling.
• Must be organized, able to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment.
• Must possess good human relations skills and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling adjustments, off-shifts, holiday, and weekend work assignments.
• Requires the ability to be attentive to details and to adhere to strict safety requirements for handling chemicals, reagents and infectious agents.

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an ERP Processing Specialist to support order management, inventory accuracy, and communication between internal teams and third‑party partners. This role will be responsible for creating and modifying sales orders within the Epicor ERP system, maintaining accurate stock information, and coordinating closely with the distribution center on shipments and transfers. The specialist will also manage consignment inventory in virtual warehouse environments, reconcile month‑end data with partners like Walmart or Amazon, and troubleshoot issues by creating tickets for the IT team. Strong Excel skills, problem‑solving abilities, and experience in supply chain operations (internships included) are highly preferred. Experience in consumer goods or ERP systems is a plus.
