Director of Reservations – Bermuda Resort
We are seeking a Director of Reservations to join a luxury upscale resort in Bermuda. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with strong knowledge of reservation systems and a passion for maximizing booking efficiency while delivering excellent guest service.
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000–$70,000 USD Salary
- Approximately $10,000 gratuities/service charge

Position Overview
The Director of Reservations will oversee reservation operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication between the reservations team and other operational departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the reservations department
- Oversee booking processes and reservation system management
- Monitor room inventory, availability, and booking trends
- Work closely with front office and revenue teams
- Maintain strong communication with guests and travel partners
- Train and develop reservations team members
Requirements
- Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments
- Opera Cloud system experience is essential
- Island experience required
- Highly operational and detail-oriented
- Energetic and guest-focused approach
- Must hold US, Canadian, or UK visa for travel
