The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $20- $22 /hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. Job Description
Executes guest monetary transactions in an assigned window bank. Maintain an accurate balance count of company assets while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate handling of guest and company funds by processing all transactions and documentation in accordance with gaming regulations, company policies and procedures.
- Exchange gaming chips and tickets, cash checks, and process markers and fills.
- Maintain bank balance and safeguard casino cage assets during assigned shift.
- Assist customers will filling credit applications and maintain all customer credit files.
- Issue window markers and safety deposit boxes to guests.
- Enter markers, fill and credit slips into computer.
- Assist guests with inquiries and advise on current promotions.

This role is responsible for uploading documents, managing/auditing and entering data into the electronic management systems associated with Cornerstones of Care and the Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF). This role requires strict standards of confidentiality, excellent communication, and customer service skills to manage a wide range of sensitive records and documents from diverse sources and stakeholders. As a member of the KS Foster Care team, you will work with other team members and report to our Administrative Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Completes data entry and uploading of designated items into Department of Children & Families (DCF) and Cornerstones of Care electronic client management systems (i.e., Care Match & Avatar).
- Organizes and maintains youth files including client records, in accordance with agency/program standards, Department of Children & Families requirements, and other governing directives.
- Duties could include maintaining court calendar & court documents, tracking the acquisition of various records, and ensuring client files correctly contain all necessary documentation.
- Perform periodic client file audits according to both external and internal expectations laid out by Cornerstones of Care and the Department of Children and Families.

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality service for both internal teams and the public.
This role includes greeting visitors, managing incoming communications, maintaining filing systems, coordinating mailings, and supporting office functions such as supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
The ideal candidate will also assist with data entry and reporting, support training and inspection programs, coordinate public meeting logistics, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate communication and timely completion of tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that internal and external customer services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the public.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages, direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
- Open and date stamp all general correspondences, maintain the general filing systems and file correspondences
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Respond to public inquiries and coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
- Complies and inputs data into database for the Inspections Program, ability to summarize data for the various report
- Assist the Education and Training Program answering questions regarding the training schedule, forms, and inputting the data into the database
- Assists the reclamation department with delivery and pick up security documents to the State Treasurer's Office
- Handle communications regarding obtaining mailing addresses for public meetings
- Coordinate public notice mailings
- Provide reclamation department support for public meetings including updating documents, agendas, etc.

Mandatory Experience Requirement – Read Before Applying
- Candidates must have prior Unreviewed Safety Question (USQ) experience supporting nuclear facilities—applications without this will not be considered.
- Must be willing and able to relocate to the Los Alamos, NM area and work a hybrid schedule with onsite requirements.
- Must meet minimum education and experience requirements (Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science + 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent).
Impact
As a Safety Basis Analyst 3, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe operation of nuclear and non-nuclear facilities at LANL, specifically supporting USQ efforts at TA-55. This position directly contributes to maintaining safety compliance during a period of increased operational tempo, supporting critical national security missions through hazard analysis, safety documentation, and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform nuclear and non-nuclear hazard and risk analyses to ensure safe facility operations
- Conduct hazard identification, hazard analysis, and facility hazard categorization
- Perform accident analysis and support selection of safety controls
- Develop and maintain safety basis documentation including:
- Unreviewed Safety Question (USQ) determinations
- Documented Safety Analysis (DSA)
- Technical Safety Requirements (TSRs)
- Safety Assessment Documents
- Facility Safety Plans and Safety Analysis Reports
- Support increased workload demands related to PF4/TA-55 operations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in secure environments
- Support qualification process and task-based assignments
- Work flexible schedules including potential weekends and overtime
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science with minimum 8 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience in safety basis development and hazard analysis
- Direct experience with USQ processes in nuclear facilities
- Ability to obtain a Q Clearance
- Ability to work onsite as required in a hybrid environment
- Willingness to support flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime
- Ability to obtain unescorted and A-level access
Desired Skills
- Strong background in nuclear facility safety basis work
- In-depth knowledge of USQ processes and requirements
- Experience working in high-hazard or nuclear environments (e.g., TA-55, PF4)
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills
- Ability to quickly integrate into fast-paced, mission-critical environments
Education and Experience Requirements
