Our lead scheduler is responsible for performing all aspects of scheduling. Capable of creating and maintaining an EPC schedule with minimal supervision and, in turn, may provide some technical guidance to less experienced scheduling personnel.


As the Lead Scheduler here’s the work you’ll do:

  • Develop and/or modify project schedule and or the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Project Schedule
  • Work with Engineering, Construction, and Operational teams to develop detailed schedules and Responsible for keeping these schedules current.
  • Schedule development to allow for earned value, productivity measurement and tracking based on construction work area and functional discipline.
  • Analyzing and auditing schedules.
  • Manage key quantity tracking for progress measurement.
  • Lead all schedule discussions and formal schedule meetings.
  • Provide reports and report out at executive level review meetings on project status.


This role is for you if you have these skills:

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $135,000 - $206,000. These responsibilities require a strong understanding of the aerospace/aviation market, business objectives, and supplier capabilities to ensure success. This position requires coordinating with internal customers, managing a complex supplier portfolio, and communicating with leadership to develop, implement, and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Lead MRP master scheduling for non-recurring engineering, formal engineering development, certification, and production projects, including conducting capacity analyses to mitigate short and long-term schedule risks, identify systemic issues, resolve shortages, and develop strategies to enable a healthy supply chain

  • Ensure predictable and uninterrupted supply by analyzing MRP messages, managing master data, bill of materials (BOMs), inventory replenishment strategies, and expediting deliveries with suppliers

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive supplier selection, qualification, commercial negotiations, contract development, and administration

  • Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis, including business/financial, capabilities, capacity, quality, throughput, technical capability, and risk assessments

  • Prepare, issue, and analyze request for quote (RFQ) / request for proposal (RFP) packages, evaluate quotes, translate engineering requirements into clear requests, negotiate with suppliers, place purchase orders, resolve invoice issues, and manage constraints and supplier performance

  • Develop sustainable relationships with our partners, suppliers, or distributors

  • Drive cost savings through leveraging volume pricing agreements with suppliers

  • Develop and mature internal supply chain policies, procedures, and instructions

  • Develop, monitor, and continuously improve key supplier performance indicators and manage supplier improvement plans

  • Root-cause systemic supply chain issues, leading cross-functional teams to implement permanent fixes, facilitate assembly/integration alignment discussions, and drive blocker resolution

Basic Success Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Law, or Engineering

  • 6+ years of demonstrated experience in supply chain management, contracts/subcontracts, legal, or engineering

  • 3+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems

  • Ability to ramp up quickly on new concepts, technologies, and opportunities, and a passion for solving hard problems with analysis and creativity

Preferred Success Criteria

  • Experience with quality systems (e.g. AS9100, ISO9001, or FAA Parts Manufacturing Approval)

  • Experience in lean manufacturing, just-In-time (JIT), kanban, or other purchasing and inventory management strategies

  • Strong knowledge of the federal procurement process and an understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certifications

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and up-holding the mission, goals and objectives of the Six Flags New England Safety Department
  • Providing quality basic life support care to include all Basic Life Support (BLS) skills on patients in the pre-hospital setting as indicated by state law, statewide protocol, regional policy and procedure and the Standard Operating
  • Guidelines set forth by the Six Flags New England First Aid Policies and Procedures manual
  • Interacting with other EMS, Fire, and Police services as required to promote patient care and transportation
  • Complying with Departmental requirements regarding documentation, data input, and information handling
  • Perform minor vehicle maintenance (fuel, fluids, air, wash vehicles etc.) on all vehicles as required
  • Responding and assisting as needed or directed in the Six Flags New England Emergency Response Guide
  • Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
  • Assisting in other areas of the Safety Department

Qualifications:
  • Current Massachusetts EMT Certification
  • Current Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider CPR card
  • Current MA licensed driver without serious moving violations
