Requirements:
The Yardi Administrator is responsible for the management, configuration, support, and optimization of the Yardi property management system (e.g., Yardi Voyager). This role ensures system integrity, supports end users, and works closely with accounting, property management, and IT teams to improve efficiency and reporting.
Requirements:
- Administer and maintain the Yardi system, including setup, configuration, and upgrades.
- Manage user access, roles, and security permissions.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Yardi users.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Configure modules such as accounting, property management, leasing, and reporting.
- Create, customize, and maintain reports using Yardi tools (e.g., Voyager, Yardi Reports, or SQL).
- Assist with data imports, exports, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Train staff on Yardi functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to streamline workflows.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
- Maintain documentation of system processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5+ years of experience working with Yardi software (e.g., Yardi Voyager).
- Strong understanding of property management and/or real estate accounting.
- Experience with system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and user support skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Yardi modules such as Voyager 7 & 8, P2P, and RentCafe.
- Knowledge of SQL or database management.
- Experience with system integrations or API tools.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and GAAP principles.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or REIT environments.
