What You’ll Do No two days are the same—and that’s exactly the point.

You’ll get hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including: Talent Acquisition: Help identify top talent through job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement Employee Experience: Support onboarding, orientation, and initiatives that enhance engagement and culture HR Operations: Assist with HR processes, documentation, and systems (HRIS exposure included) Projects That Matter: Partner with HR leaders on real initiatives—not busywork—that influence how we hire, develop, and support our teams What You’ll Gain This is more than an internship—it’s a launchpad.

The hourly compensation for this role is $18.50 per hour.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
