Human Resources Intern (Summer 2026)

This isn’t a “shadow and observe” internship—you’ll contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced HR professionals, and help power initiatives that directly impact our employees and business.

What You’ll Do No two days are the same—and that’s exactly the point.

You’ll get hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including: Talent Acquisition: Help identify top talent through job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement Employee Experience: Support onboarding, orientation, and initiatives that enhance engagement and culture HR Operations: Assist with HR processes, documentation, and systems (HRIS exposure included) Projects That Matter: Partner with HR leaders on real initiatives—not busywork—that influence how we hire, develop, and support our teams What You’ll Gain This is more than an internship—it’s a launchpad.

Practical, resume-building HR experience in a fast-moving organization Exposure to modern HR practices, tools, and workplace trends Mentorship from experienced HR professionals invested in your growth Opportunities to expand your professional network A clearer path toward a career in Human Resources Who You Are Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an undergraduate or graduate degree At least a sophomore at an accredited college/university Passionate about people, workplace culture, and learning how organizations thrive Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Eligible to work in the U.S.

The hourly compensation for this role is $18.50 per hour.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
