Human Resources Assistant
Job Description
The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the HR and Office Administration team while also assisting with basic front desk and office coordination tasks. This role helps support daily HR operations, employee documentation, and general office administration to ensure smooth workplace operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding preparation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Provide administrative support to HR processes and internal coordination
- Assist with basic front desk coverage, including greeting visitors when needed
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Help maintain organization of reception and common office areas
- Support general office administration and HR-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative or HR support experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, calendar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred
