Position Overview
Boesen & Snow Law is seeking a Business Law Attorney with 3–5 years of experience, with meaningful exposure to mergers and acquisitions.

Summary
This role is responsible for supporting the LTC Client Services Team in providing vital administrative support while assisting in client relations. The role requires assisting account managers with various tasks related to maintaining and nurturing client relationships. Additionally collaborating and engaging with internal stakeholders in the SPS Health umbrella.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Support account management team including:
o Maintaining accurate client records in Salesforce, , or other platforms
o Scheduling Meetings
o Quarterly Business Report building and other projects

- Collaborate with Account Manager (AM) to onboard new clients, scheduling or documentation as necessary
- Assist with routine client interactions, including responding to inquiries, providing updates, and helping address issues and concern

- Provide secondary support for customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate AM or department following up for resolutions

Division 7800 ICU is an Oncology designated 25-bed Intensive Care Unit. 10 beds designated to our oncology and bone marrow transplant patients. We provide care to critically ill patients with an oncology, bone marrow transplant diagnosis and patients that have had surgical interventions requiring ICU care. Care of high acuity critically ill patients includes high complexity interventions serving patients of the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), Oncology, and Surgical services. The presence of a multitude of services provides broad experiences for the nurse. WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Staff Nurse you will actively participate in professional role development activities, including continuing education, quality assessment and improvement, and the review and clinical application of research findings. The Staff Nurse develops ethically sound practice and confronts ethical challenges through the application of the Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and the state Scope of Practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
One (1) year of registered nurse experience. Minimum 3 months (California & Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required; a combination of in-center, and/ or acute, hemodialysis required
Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent
License/Certification:
