The clinical practice includes L&D, neonatal and general pediatric surgery, general surgery, robotic surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, burn, level I trauma, orthopedics, podiatric surgery, and special procedures outside the OR.

What will you do?
- Manage day-to-day maintenance projects including landscaping
- Maintain equipment including preventive maintenance, necessary repair, and general care of all tools, carts, and vehicles
- Install, maintain, and repair components like wiring, switches, outlets, circuit breakers, lighting, ballast, and GFCI/breakers
- Perform repair of small engines, vehicle engines, painting, and asphalt patching
More about you
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience doing basic maintenance and plumbing work
- Experience with welding is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate forklift

Position Highlights
- Full-time position with a negotiable inpatient/outpatient mix (approx. 50/50)
- Typical workday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Clinic in the morning, hospital rounding in the afternoon
- Light weekend call: 1 weekend per month (general neurology only)
- No stroke call — handled separately by a dedicated stroke team
- Clinic Volume: 6–10 patients per half day
- Inpatient Rounding: 10–15 patients per day
- Strong clinical support, including:
- Nurse Practitioner
- Medical Assistant
- Front desk staff
