Job Summary: The Health and Wellness Manager (HWM) serves as the team leader for the Health and Wellness Program, managing daily operations related to assessment, treatment, emergency care, and case management of student health conditions. The HWM is responsible for implementing and monitoring the overall Health and Wellness Program to include medical, oral health, mental health, and substance abuse in accordance with the Job Corps Federal Regulations.
The Health and Wellness Manager oversees provision of health and wellness services including:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Active in Center/Company Leadership program.
- Stays current on Job Corps policies and procedures.

- Organizes and submits signed and approved Health Care Guidelines that include Treatment Guidelines for Health Staff and Symptomatic Management Guidelines for Non-Health Staff.
- Completes and submits required reporting for the Health and Wellness Program.
- Provides student education/training during Student Professional Development Days and/or other opportunities as appropriate.
- Serves as member of Center’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Team (SART).
- Responsible for updating Center Health & Wellness Standard Operating Procedures and Plans.
- Prepares and conducts health and wellness staff performance evaluations.
- Conducts a cursory health evaluation of new students.
- Performs phlebotomy procedures and collects specimens as required by National Job Corps Protocol.
- Administers medication, monitors, and follows up to observe students.
- Performs routine medical tasks within the scope of license and documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs and Student Health Records.
- Coordination of Chronic Care Management Plans for students with chronic illnesses.
- Nursing assessment and triage of students with acute illnesses and concerns; implement provider orders.
- Administers immunizations as required
- Leads and supports the Healthy Eating Active Lifestyles (HEALS) committee and activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum: Minimum of Associates Degree in Nursing. Must have active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state where the center is located.
Preferred: Three years’ experience as a practicing nurse, one of which was in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of nursing techniques/procedures and time management. Excellent communication and skills, both oral and written. Familiarity with medical needs of disadvantaged youth. Must obtain and maintain CPR. Sound management techniques. Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Job Description
The Production Manager assists the Plant Manager by coordinating the activities of employees within the production facility. The Production Manager will oversee the daily plant operations of the Fairview plant, including training and mentoring of plant supervisors as well as coordinate activities internal to the plant and outside the organization (suppliers and customers) to meet production requirements.
This role utilizes knowledge of equipment, policies, procedures and specifications to maintain production schedules and ensures that the team adheres to all standards and performance requirements including quality, delivery, and above all safety.
Position Responsibilities
The Production Manager will perform the following duties and other special projects as required:
- Coordinate and support the daily work schedule of the plant
- Develop processes and performance standards for the supervisor team

The Opportunity: The Investment Counselor – Wealthbuilder opportunity is designed to prepare qualified candidates for a lifelong career in the financial services industry. Through our specialized training, Fisher Investments offers an elevated finance and capital markets education program building a foundation and understanding of our unique approach.
Your journey will begin by obtaining the Series 65, where you will receive hands-on training from our dedicated training team. Once you have obtained the necessary license, the training doesn’t stop there. You will work directly with your assigned mentor to further develop an understanding of the technology and platforms we use and how we service our clients.
This role is a jumping off point to a licensed service role within our Private Client Group. As you progress, and hit important milestones within the first two years, the opportunity for additional responsibilities will grow including the potential to work your way up to our Premier Wealth Management team where you will manage your own roster of our high-net-worth clients. The Day-to-Day:Work collaboratively with your team, serving clients at a team level while being the liaison between our Investment Policy Committee (IPC) and our US clientsConnect with clients to review their asset allocation and ensure we are on the right track towards their long-term financial goalsBuild trusting relationships with our clients and educate them on our top-down portfolio strategy, their investments and important market eventsRespond and manage client communication while working directly with internal departments to fulfill client operational requestsYour Qualifications:1+ years of experience in an Operational, Administrative, Client-Facing, or Finance settingBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredRequired to pass the Series 65 (we provide robust training and support once you start) A thoughtful consultative approach with an emphasis on client focusCompensation:$80,000 - $130,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
