Ellen's Bakery & Cafe in Sylvan Lake is seeking an assistant bread baker to join our existing team. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, stamina, be a team player, and love to work.

This is a part-time position that requires you to work the night shift

You must be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30pm-2am

Professional baking experience is beneficial, but we are willing to train the right person

Your duties will include:

Mixing, scaling, hand shaping loaves & rolls and baking doughs, as well as cleanup

You must be able to lift 50 pounds

You must be very dependable and have reliable transportation

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has passion for bread baking but perhaps does not have extensive experience

Job Type: Part-time Salary: $16.50 to $20.00 /hour
