We are seeking a Product Development Manager - Absorbent Hygiene for our First Quality Retail Services located in Lewistown, PA.
This position is responsible for the product development related to the absorbent hygiene products industry. Preferably in adult incontinence hygiene products.
This person will be responsible for developing and introducing new products and modifies existing products to meet customer needs. Collaborates with Business Unit to identify customer needs and interacts with Operations (Process Engineers, Production Planning, Project Engineers and Quality Assurance) and Marketing to implement new products in a timely manner. Must maintain an up-to-date information base on relevant new product developments (i.e. via commercial, professional, professional contacts & patent literature) and represents First Quality on professional technical committees.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Leads a cross-functional team to plan, develop, and implement product improvements and new product introductions from Operations through to the Marketplace.
- Investigates new technologies (materials & equipment) and their applicability to absorbent products.
- Works with Marketing to plan, conduct, analyze, and interpret consumer/market research studies.
- Plans, conducts, analyzes, and interprets product use tests to benchmark competitive product performance.
- Works with Patent/Trademark attorney on intellectual property considerations (patentability, infringement searches, right-to-market reviews, etc.)

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science; MS preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of product development related absorbent hygiene products industry experience preferred, preferably in adult incontinence hygiene products.
- Knowledge of absorbent hygiene markets, products, competition, consumers, trends, etc.
- Knowledge and use of Probability and Statistical Inference.

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Falcon 6X Captain to join our team. As a part of a high-touch flight operations department, the successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of our 2026 model Falcon 6X aircraft for Part 91/135 operations.
This is a 3-pilot account supported by a dedicated factory trained Maintenance Technician and Cabin Attendant, flying Part 91 (200 hours) and Part 135 (150 hours) annually. Only applicants with experience in comparable ultra-long-range aircraft are being considered for this position. Preference is given to those with Falcon 6X/7X/8X EASy experience, and reside in the New York Metro or South Florida regions. The pilot will work closely with crew members and company management to ensure the smooth running of flight operations while maintaining a high standard of safety and customer service. The initial training class begins March 30 2026.

· Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems which they are authorized to operate to include all emergency systems and procedures associated with the aircraft.

· Log flight hours, submit reports, and maintain all required records including accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with regulatory standards and current procedures.

Job Title: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Pay Range: 70,000- 100,000
Required Experience:
To support Shop Floor Production, Engineering Change Management, updating SOPs/SOSs Time Studies, Line Balancing.
Industrial Engineering activities like setting up standard times at the workstation level using PMTS techniques like MOST, MTM or Modapts.
Ability to identify bottlenecks, issues and working towards process improvements, cycle time improvements using Lean/ WCM principles is a requirement.
Process Improvement by eliminating waste / NVA and improving the existing ways of doing work.
Line Balancing and Time Study, Material handling equipment selection, and Material Flow Optimization
Should be comfortable working in the shop floor environment.
Prepare and present weekly project status to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Scope manufacturing problems and lead brainstorming activities
Develop equipment specifications
Manage equipment relocation
Support quoting and purchasing processes
Line Balancing
Continuous Improvement
Time Study
Oversee installation activities
Validate tools and processes against target results
Required Education & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or foreign equivalent accepted.
Pre-determined motion time study techniques such as MTM/MOST/MODAPTS (Preferred).
AutoCAD.
Lean or WCM Knowledge.
Time Studies,
Line Balancing.
Continuous Improvement
Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
